The term is Holiday from the contraction of the two Holy day.
But there is nothing Holy about homosexuality is there?
My only son,by reason of his choice of bad behavior is “one”
He will repent and turn from that abomination or die in his sins.Probably from HIV/AIDS as one if five men who have sex with other men and frequent that kind of watering hole are HIV positive.

I wish someone had asked WHY the dems felt the need to do this. What will be different after DADT is repealed? Unless the goal is to make political waves and go for sweeping reform, nothing should change. Those in the military should be there to serve the country, not not make social statements. The fact that the dems are so concerned about this makes it very clear what their agenda is.

How many of these ‘Yea’ votes were lame ducks? I see quite a few...it would have been the exact opposite in just a few weeks. Can this crap be overturned? Will ANYONE in the Senate stand with the military to stop this?

FOX just showed 5 senate republicans who will vote yes - the usuals.

The New England crowd...again. I see New Hampshire's Che-Porter and Hodes both voted 'Yea' even they were BOTH defeated on election day...still chose to stick a knife in the country's back anyway...

Some of your best friends and family may be one

LOL -you seem to think being "one" is a matter of fate or chance... Really it is all about choosing to engage in homosexual sex or not choosing to engage in homosexual sex.

Those that choose to engage in homosexual sex repeatedly and habitually are severely disordered.

Those that believe people are but animals without free will and that morality is but a moving target without absolute basis are useful idiots the leftists employ...

I see Kansas’s Moore doing some more damage on the way out. He already sold his soul with the Obama care vote.

"After hearing powerful testimony from Secretary of Defense Gates and Joint Chiefs of Staff Admiral Mullen, and reviewing the results of the Pentagon report, I remain convinced that the "Don't Ask, Don't Tell policy," implemented under President Clinton, should be repealed. And, I agree with Secretary Gates that the issue should be decided by Congress, not the courts.

. . .

"Once the tax issue is resolved, I have made it clear that if the Majority Leader brings the Defense Authorization bill to the floor with sufficient time allowed for debate and amendments, I would vote to proceed to the bill." Susan Collins (R-ME) 3 December 2010 excerpt from her statement.

She and Lieberman claim they have the votes to pass the bill they wrote which overturns DADT. Supposedly, the bill has 47 co-sponsors. Might be useful to know which of the 47 are Republicans.

I'm surprised to see Snowe's name on the list. Recently, she's been widely quoted as being against taking up repeal this session. Maybe extending the tax cuts was enough for her.

Enough Senators are for sale and/or have a) skeletons and/or b) families that they apparently will do as they’re told.

Not ONE of the big activist sites drones on about the $22,000/year pay for a 6-year guy who’s low on the totum pole; the upwards of 50% of severely wounded who are in trouble financially; the effective reduction in pay for active duty/retired/TRICARE recipients; the ROE that get our men killed; or that Reid/Pelosi/0bama HOLDS OUR GUYS IN HARM’S WAY HOSTAGE to the passage of the bills Sor0bama-dinejad want passed before year-end.

They WANT revolt. They NEED revolt. They want to play at war and adulthood and a spin the bottle legal system.

“cops, firemen, military, medical folks, your relatives who might do your rear end”

Or did I get that quote wrong?

Sounds like the Village People, again.

“There’s really nothing gay about gay people.”

;^)

My guess is they felt a need to do this because Democrats are like homosexuals-when they get told NO they throw a freaking tantrum and then blame everybody but themselves for the problems they cause.
