Tea partiers should be boiling at $1.1 trillion bill
The Atlanta Journal Constitution ^ | 12/15/2010 | Kyle Wingfield

The immediate threat is a $1.1 trillion spending bill, with some 6,500 earmarks in its nearly 2,000 pages, which Senate Democrats suddenly unveiled Tuesday and want to pass ASAP. The bill would essentially freeze the bloated federal budget through the end of this fiscal year.

In every respect, this is the kind of action voters rejected at the ballot box last month. It is a budget-busting, debt-inducing, written-in-the-dark and rammed-through-before-daylight bill.

>>Tea partiers should be boiling at $1.1 trillion bill<<

I just went into “hysterical laughter” mode when Urkel was elected - and bought a farm a week before in Rural Kentucky.

There is no human solution to our problem. I said back in 2006 that there are only two ways out of this mess: 1)Let the system implode and risk another Great Depression and deflation. 2)Monetize it, resulting in runaway inflation. I figured that eventually the FedGov would, for their very survival, choose option 2. They have been since 2008.

I forgot to add that option 2 would prolong the time before the “end”, but would make it much worse once it happened. I’m now really, REALLY glad I picked up that property.

Country Clubbers are traditionally young people at the upper end of the Middle Class "financially speaking" who spend time helping the Republican party operate.

They do the job the Democrats rely on Special Interests and Unions to do.

Being a "country clubber" is NOT IDEOLOGICALLY DRIVEN.

It’s got to be unconstitutional for one party to pass legislation that hasn’t even been written, let alone examined thoroughly.

“Those who will vote for this mean the USA great harm and shows great contempt for taxpayers.”

Taxpayers? Half the people in this nation don’t pay taxes. The last forty years of unlimited immigration (legal and illegal, subsidized breeding and sub-standard schooling have led us to the present situation.

It is disturbing that the Tea Party did not raise a ruckus over this bill. Hopefully that is not a sign of things to come. You can’t be a seasonal patriot.
