Only problem with that is that is Europe is turning into a 3rd world, refugee, and muslim dumping ground. Europeans are in the same boat as US/California. Same in Australia too. Demographics is destiny. Having babies is the new 21st century warfare method for conquering territory. Babies beats tech weapons.
