Ritter's Sex Charges From 2001 Unsealed
Times Union (Albany NY ) ^ | 12/27/2010 | Brendan J. Lyons

William Scott Ritter Jr., a former United Nations weapons inspector who gained renown for his criticism of U.S. foreign policy in the Middle East, contends his online sexual encounters with teenage girls were only fantasy.

Nearly two years ago, Ritter, of Delmar, watched his computer screen reveal that an anonymous person who had been exchanging sexually charged messages with him for 80 minutes was not a 15-year-old girl.

It was a cop from a small town in northeast Pennsylvania, alone in his station house and trolling the Internet for suspected child predators.

Ryan Venneman, a detective for the Barrett Township Police Department in Monroe County, had enough after Ritter allegedly transmitted streaming video of himself…

Too bad Polk County, FL didn’t snare him like the pedophile author from Pueblo, CO.

Ole Grady (Judd, Polk County Sheriff) would get him. Grady is my sheriff and I'm proud to say I know him and respect him and his charges!

Didn’t he get some kind of money (bribe) from Saddam for making a movie about Iraq?

Can any human be lower than this guy?

When he was an inspector in Iraq, Ritter was offered a bribe (money) by Saddam but Ritter refused and reported it to his superiors. At the time, Ritter believed that Saddam had WMDs. But, later Ritter flipped completely and became a Saddam supporter. Keep in mind that one of Saddam’s sons was a pedophile who kidnapped young girls and abused them in a rape room. Could it be that Ritter was bribed with a key to the rape room, and that was much more appealing to him than mere money? You make the call.

A missed approach is where a pilot determines to wave-off from the intended target (or as a training maneuver, runway) because not all systems are go. Could be visual, navigation, mechanical, insufficiently identified target, etc. To suggest it would be significant (almost never is among the military) is to try to paint the pilot as "yellow." Any leftist trying to paint W as yellow is laughable.

This is the hippy generation - the first wave of baby boomers.

Yep.

And the desire to relive their 60's "Glory Days" was a significant element in manufacturing support for the facade of Cloward/Pivenesque "Hope and Change".

Here's a local example - who likes to show up and heckle Tea Party events...

"Cynical, ego-centric people who can look into your eyes with angelic expression and tell you a lie.  This are the most recruitable people; people who lack moral principals - who are either too greedy or too, uh, suffer from self-importance, uh, they feel that they matter a lot.  Uh, these are the people who KGB wanted very much to recruit.  "

Our society is now filled with people that fit that description very well.

On a side note if my memory serves me well, Ritter was in Russia during the time period where the Russian nukes where being dismantled and “taken off line” during the thawing period. I believe this is where he met is wife. The KGB recruited him early and know doubt new what kind of person he was. It was their job after all.

Notice that Pitt NEVER mentions the name of Scott Ritter nowadays? Makes it very sticky for him when he is bragging about being a “New York Times Best Selling Author.”

A piece from 2003 on the possibility Ritter was being blackmailed by Saddam:

“Ritter’s access to the media was never based on his message. Harry the Hippie has the same message, and may be even more articulate, but Ritter had man-bites-dog appeal. He was an outspoken hard-line inspector who transformed suddenly into a rather forceful apologist, and thus became instant producer-bait. Lacking that context, he was just some guy with something to say. This is why it is hard to compartmentalize man from message. The alleged sex scandal does not directly challenge the substance of Ritter’s views, but it does call into question his legitimacy. And not because someone who may go to chat rooms looking for liaisons with underage girls cannot have a valid political message — I guess — but because the behavior could be directly linked to why the message changed. The sex story — mostly because it is a sex story, and of a particularly unfashionable type — will keep Ritter an in-demand media property, but for the wrong reasons. And it makes him less bankable for the peace movement, since they wouldn’t want to be tainted by association (that is, with someone possibly turned by the Iraqis. I am sure to them the other alleged thing falls under “lifestyle choice”).”
