“I don’t think any official government explanation should be accepted for this.”

The official government explanation should never be accepted for anything.

You know, an event like this was an important plot point in FlashForward...

You are correct. Birds falling out of the sky is not all that unusual.

Now.... frogs falling out of the sky is another matter.

And as impossible as that may seem, it also happens.

There is some speculation that a caldera might exist under western Arkansas going into Oklahoma, in the area of the Arkansas River Valley.

Since drum fish are bottom feeders, they would be susceptible to seepage of toxic gases through the river bottom.

Something that can’t be smelled or tasted?? I’d be seriously worried if I lived in the area. I pray to God people are going to be ok.

It’s possible. There have also been a lot of earthquakes world wide in the past week or so. 6 or 7 all over 6.

Yes but, why only black birds? If it were tornado’s that caused this, wouldn’t other types of birds be killed?

“The birds got a glimpse of Helen Thomas. End of story.”

Ok. That explains the birds. What happened to the fish?

Under the circumstances, my first thought, too. They have poisoning food and water plans.

Birds drank the water then the fish died of the same poison?

Location of dead fish most likely poisoning spot. birds drank and died later.

Pure speculation by me. No basis in facts I may have. I don’t

I think I know the reason why.

Al Gore was recently sighted in the area and he let go a whopper of 'global warming gases' from his rear end which killed all these animals.
Well they ARE claiming that Global Warming gases kills, aren't they?

Smells fishy. Like a chemical weapons test.

It was just one type of fish though, so I would guess some sort of fish flu or something. Who knows with the birds though... a bad batch of Purina bird chow.

I would go with a toxin being released also, volcanic activity seems unlikely in that area and radiation is normally a slower death. Even with most toxins animals die at different rates. This is interesting, whatever it was must of been pretty concentrated.
