Razor wire would slack them off a bit. but a fence with no patrols is no good.

This is not a matter of a few thousand individuals, it’s a matter of millions of individuals which makes it an invasion. That warrants AP mines and snipers. America will never go for that though so get used to pressing 1 for English.

No, it's a good idea but it needs the proper armament on the US side. I recommend a 50 cal every 200 yards, regular armed patrols, and the occasional helicopter strafe. Plus nearby forces that can amass in case of a large-scale break-in.
Thats one thing the Commies could do was build a fence that worked.
