It is infuriating to find more documentation is required to obtain a driver’s license than to become POTUS.
I had to provide notarized documents for EVERY name change which has occurred in my life...birth certificate, divorce decree from 1st marriage, and marriage license for my present marriage.
The REAL ID law should have covered the POTUS as well as driver’s licenses.

I thought maybe you were referring to ‘wort’ but that is a word that the spell checker would or should acknowledge. My problem is with both context and spelling which I don’t take time to really check. Take care.
Was he actually adopted? Wouldn’t he know that and just say that? The false certificate had his original name on it.
This guy could walk out before congress at the SOTU next week and take a crap on the constitution and half the people in this country would applaud him for being spontaneous.

Just suppose this Hillbuzz theory is true for a minute. Could that be why Obama was sworn in twice (the second time was done privately) because the first was done using an ileagal name?

I honestly don’t think it would phase the American people.
Everyone knew he was the least accomplished candidate with the thinnest resume in history and they elected him anyway.
But what was the story before he was adopted? You can’t ignore that. I would think in order to be adopted if you didn’t have a birth certificate you would have to have a witness to say you were born; especially to get a document like a passport.
I would say Obama is in serious trouble. What about the social security numbers he used and his own mother used one that wasn’t hers?
He would say it, yes, if he was using his adoptive name as his true identity and admitted it thusly. He appears to have ignored his adoption. Without his college records, there is no way to know how he presented his identity in college, for example. It appears to me that Obama has used whichever identity was most convenient at the time, depending upon what he was trying to “get” in return for it.

If Obama were born in a hospital, then the Birth Certificate Submission would be a part of the Newborn Hospital Record, no doubt saved somewhere on microfilm. Someone needs to run that one down.
Ann probably kept the original BC which little Barry claims to have found in a book one day. Ann's mom could have had a copy of the original BC, too.
BUT..... if Barack was adopted and became Barry Soetoro, then the LEGAL original BC is sealed.

I find it difficult to believe that so many many many freepers appear to have never had any friends who were adopted, or don't know anyone who is adopting someone else's kids.
Anyway, you have to check the laws in your state.
IF there is a legal BC issued for Barry Soetoro, then the ORIGINAL BC is sealed, and there ain't NO governor who's seen it, and NO clerk of public records seen it, either.
