One small problem with this theory …
The Hawaii Department of Health long ago released the birth index data as required by law in response to multiple requests from birthers under the Uniform Information Practices Act (UIPA). The only index record that existed was for a male born in 1961 by the name of “Barack Hussein Obama II.” There were no birth index data records for “Soetoro” or “Dunham.”
A legal adoption causes the original birth certificate to be sealed and a new one issued under the child’s adopted name. If Obama’s original birth certificate had been sealed by an adoption, the Hawaii DoH would not have released the birth index data for “Barack Hussein Obama II.” They’d have released it for “Barry Soetoro.”
We also know from these UIPA requests that …
- there is a marriage index record for Barak Obama and Stanley Ann Dunham.
- there is not a Certificate of Hawaiian Birth for “Obama,” “Soetoro,” “Dunham,” or “Payne.” The Certificate of Hawaiian Birth program ended in 1972 but was a type of birth certificate for those who were born at home or registered their birth late (i.e. not a hospital birth.)
