HONOLULU (AP) -- Five Hawaii Democratic representatives want to pass a law making President Barack Obama's birth records public and charge $100 to see them.

We know Obama Sr. was not a US citizen.
The newspaper announcements were forged. There is evidence that the microfilms have been changed out at least once in each library listed as having those dates (except one which we didn’t check).
The images that appeared online could not have come from the Hawaii State Library as was claimed because the condition of those microfilm pages at the HSL doesn’t match that of the images. For instance, the HSL’s Advertiser microfilm is almost unreadable because of usage (and actually because of poor microfilming, which immediately says the microfilming was not professionally done as would be done for a library) - but the online image is nearly pristine. Conversely, the online Star-Bulletin image has a large “scratch” on it, but the HSL’s Star-Bulletin microfilm for that day was pristine. IOW, a very prominent scratch disappeared over time. That is true in other libraries too.
The paper copies that the librarian at the Univ of CA - Berkeley made from the microfilms show different marks on the full-page view than on the supposed close-ups of that page. That happened with the copies given to 2 different people independently.
And there’s other stuff too. So there is a bunch of forensic evidence that the announcements are forged. When I have the chance to concentrate on that I’m planning to do a major post on it. It takes a lot of analysis - more than most casual observers would probably follow.
Ladysforest has done a lot of research on this, invested a lot towards getting answers, done an excellent job of putting information together, and has posted about it in various posts at her blog, http://www.myveryownpointofview.wordpress.com .
Out of curiosity, do you think there are very many others who recognize the discrepancies and problems with Obama’s refusal to show his birth certificate but who are holding onto the forged birth announcements as the reason to justify believing the official story?
Right now I’m working as hard as I can on getting state eligibility bills on the table, since that is where we’re actually going to see results. With the recent events raising questions in a lot of minds, if getting the info out about the forged birth announcements would settle the issue for a lot of people, this might be a good time to do that also if I can pull it together. But I don’t want to let up on the eligibility bills at all either.
Any thoughts? Anybody?

I agree that there is so much about Barry we don’t yet know. One thing we do know, however, is that he is mentally screwed up beyond belief. He has a bona fide messianic complex, and no accomplishments to back it up. Everything he’s gotten, he’s gotten through cheating or playing the race card. His narcissism is epic. Without the 24/7 support of the knee-pad press he would be a laughingstock. He’s that in the rest of the world already; it’s just here, where all his gaffes, blunders and ignorance are swept under the rug, that he has any remaining respect at all.
When the fake BC comes out, all of the doctors, witnesses, nurses, sponsors and parents will be found to be dead.

I've run into at least one person who hangs his belief in BO's "natural born" status and Constitutional eligibility on that "birth announcement" (as well as the *.jpg posted on the Internet).

Great, and thanks. The more people realize the evidence we have, the better. The trick is getting it online in such a way that it can be verified the images haven’t been manipulated in any way. I don’t know; maybe I’m just being paranoid. Hopefully I can get the images and analysis up soon.
Perhaps that bill could include that all school admission records and student transcripts be made public as well. They are applying for a job and many employers want to see these items, so why shouldn”t we?
Some of us had talked about that in a thread where I had asked for input. The thought was that we didn’t want it to appear as a wild goosechase.
I do personally suspect that he went to Occidental as a foreign student and then switched over as if he was a US citizen when he went to Columbia - that he switched identities from Barry Soetoro the Indonesian to Barack Hussen Obama II the American. But if he did do that it should show up in the genuine citizenship records so that base should be covered that way, and there would be no question that the documentation was related to the eligibility requirements actually stated in the Constitution.
Maybe after the documents come out and we see what all has been forged there will actually be a criminal investigation that will also look at the other things we’ve all been wondering about. =)
For those that think that splice microfilm is a task that could not be done within a library. Just look at the device used to do it. It is small, it uses no ‘consumables’. Cut, insert, weld the film back together using a relatively small device.

The Hawaiian paper did say that they only announced births reported to them from the Health Department, however, I would question whether anyone at the newspaper really knows what the policy was 50 years ago. Even in banking where they have policy manuals for everything it would be difficult to locate what a specific policy was 50 years previously since the policy manuals would have likely been disposed of many years before.

Washington, DC was laid out and has laws to this day so that nothing in the city can be above the visual sight of the Washington Monument. It was to, and does, dominate the DC skyline. There’s a 13 story limit on buildings in the city to carry out that rule.
I anticipate all the rules, laws and history will be cast aside when they plan the Obama Monument.

I'm sticking with my description of the con. I'm glad you aren't up on con techniques, that's good. But for various reasons -- I am. What crystallized the two-step con for me were two recent things, one a recollection of a perfected con that cost a friend of mine -- who was used as the dupe in it -- his law license. The story of that con is retold here.
The sharpies in that one had a goal, but there was a legal impediment to that goal. They were missing one key piece. Or rather, that key piece was no going to allow the deal to go through. So they set up a distraction con. One that was risky, but they got away with it.
And then, in that same period of a few days, we have the clockers on the Obama team spinning up this new legend of "the father's foreign citizenship was never an issue before the election. Never. Period." They want to poison the issue of the father's foreign citizenship as a desperation toss, brought up too late, and that it's just racist reactionary desperation.
Why the new spin?
Simple, given the con model I proposed in the earlier post. The distraction part of the con is to keep the focus on where Obama was born!
