(Daily Caller)- According to our tipster, Jarrett was seated at the head table along with several other big-name politicians and a handful of high-ranking military officials. As an officer sporting several stars walked past Jarrett, she signaled for his attention and said, “I’d like another glass of wine.”

well excuse the hell out of me for saying so, but at this particular time in our current affairs, sitting around drinking more than one glass of wine while attempting to decision-make policy affecting our national security is simply not acceptable behavior.

Methinks the Gen’l had more civility than that but hey, accidents do happen when you’re not versed in a particular vocation such as a waiter. Coulda dumped the wine on her by, you know, accident?

Originally the motto of Texaco during the days when attendants (and managers) wore green uniform, leather bow ties, Texaco hat with star. The uniform also had the Texaco star. My Uncle wore his proudly.
