Makes no funding not only a smart move but constitutionally required.
EXACTLY - each and every Congresscritter took the oath to uphold the Constitution. How can they support an unconstitutional law by funding its implementations - as of today it is NOT a law anymore, and the Kenyan is in contempt of the court.

Its already a dictatorship the minute that this Narcisistic totalitarian got elected he began systematically implementing his Marxist ideology against the will of the people. His self proclaimed gift, is that he simply uses Saul Alinsky tactics coupled with a civil rights era rhetorical approach to problems thereby passively lableing opponents to his ideology as racists and bigots. Many warned of this during the election but I think the middle (independents and centrists) caught on early and suddenly realized the danger of this leftward plunge left unchecked....

Don’t forget: We don’t know for sure that Obama IS the President! He has YET to produce a Birth Certificate! Perhaps all this will be MOOT, if he is later driven from the White House. (Now, if he really is an illegal alien, and not a natural born US citizen, then he probably CANNOT be inpeached, since then he would never have BEEN President, and thus, impeachment would no more apply to him, than to you or I.)
