There is every reason to suspect that we will endure suicide missions by Islamist sleeper cells. They are already in place. They are waiting for the right time. I know this from experience.
I have worked over 15 years as a U.S. Federal Agent, a U.S. State Department Arabic linguist, and the first civilian Federal Agent deployed into Iraq at the start of Operation Iraqi Freedom in 2003. Since returning from Iraq I have been involved in terrorism analysis, specifically the mindset of terrorists. During my extensive research on sleeper cells I have talked with hundreds of people from the Middle East from all walks of life, and have talked with Iraqi Government officials, Iraqi military and Iraqi police officers. In addition I have interviewed numerous counter-terrorism specialists in the U.S. and abroad. In 2006 I trained over 4000 U.S. Law Enforcement officers in Basic Investigative Arabic and counter-terrorism. The conclusions of my research lead to the title of this article.

U.S. citizens need to understand there are people trained and prepared to carry our suicide missions in the U.S. and nothing are off limits. Churches, malls, and even the schools our children attend are not off limits to suicide bombers. It is only a relatively short time before the U.S. will begin seeing suicide terrorist missions.

There is no such thing as a technological solution to a political problem. Ultimately there is only one defense from this kind of grief i.e. make the price for it more than any of them are ever willing to pay.

I greatly fear it will take another Beslan massacre before we wake up to the real threat that is before us. Then our border will be closed.
Indeed it is and this writer appears to be the real deal.
I am certain such sleeper cells exist and more potential terrorists are slipping across our borders undetected and unchallenged by DHS. It is only a matter of time when they will strike. Obama’s response to a major terrorist attack will be too little and too late. The American people will not tolerate some wishy-washy hand wringing by the POTUS in response to a terror attack and I could see Obama being impeached or forced to resign for failing to keep our country safe.
I’ve heard the main reason they had not used this tactic is because the majority of their funding comes from the US.
I’d believe there are a few people in the US willing to do this. I don’t believe there are massive numbers.

It’s only an indication that government is on their side.
They are more than willing to die for their cause.
If they hit our kids there will be no holding back the vengeance that will be unleashed against the muzz.
