And my dad died at the age of 38 while fishing...he slipped, hit his head, rendering him unconscious, and drowned in 4 feet of water (and my dad was a good swimmer and expert fisherman)...In case anyone thinks I am kidding, I wish I was—he died on his 38th birthday when I was 16 years old.

I guess we need to ban water and fishing and rocks that can be slipped on and the world will be a better place! ;) BTW, my dad was a casual smoker, mostly cigars and pipes, and I still think of him when I smell either.

I'm sincerely sorry for your Dad and his family. Both my parents are gone and but they're still within me.

Am I to understand that you would have preferred he had no medical insurance? I quote you: "...as long as they deny them medical insurance." You referred to smokers.

Obviously you don't want YOUR dollars used to help them. Got it.

Do you have any solutions for supporting the children born to unwed mothers and fathers? Personally, I don't think it's right that those who get up and go to work everyday should have to give them one dime.

Let's not forget the obese, the illegal aliens, and lots of others who strain the medical system---unnecessarily.
