With a hat tip to 630KHOW’s Peter Boyles, here’s a rather astounding YouTube video clip from last night’s Fox News O’Reilly Factor, featuring Juan Williams and Mary Katharine Ham as guests. The issue at hand was Barack Obama’s Constitutional eligibility to hold office – or rather more specifically, his citizenship and religion. With his usual condescension, overbearing rhetoric, de-facto name-calling, interruptive behavior and obstinate ignorance of some glaring veracity problems in the Obama life-narrative, O’Reilly has become a sort of obfuscating leftist grand protector of the President’s still-hidden documented past. Really. Does the Constitution matter, Mr. O’Reilly?
In response to Juan Williams’ question about why there are now nine U.S. Congressmen who want legislation passed to verify Obama’s citizenship, O’Reilly had this to say:
“Alright, you want me to answer that question? Because they’re pinheads and they’re playing to the crowd. And it has nothing to do with the business of the nation. Nothing…”
And it is very contradictory to O’Reilly’s position that the numbers in the crowd have actually grown – to view the debate about the issue that doesn’t matter.
Mary Katharine Ham’s point that the leftists who are now asking the questions are being treated very differently from the right-wingers who are asking the very same questions drew this from the host:
“Here’s the deal. I want everybody to understand this. The issue doesn’t matter. It doesn’t matter. Sane, clear-thinking people understand the President is not a Muslim, and he wasn’t born in Indonesia or whatever they’re puttin’ out there. So, why does Meet The Press and NBC News take up valuable air time to hammer a guy who has nothin’ to do with it – Boehner? He has no dog in the hunt….”
Let’s break this down:
1) The issue does matter because The Constitution matters.
2) I have some questions about the historical background and origins of the President that he has refused to answer. So, I’m not able to think clearly and my sanity is at question?
3) The purpose of the Meet the Press grilling of John Boehner was an attempt to get him to repudiate the voters and Congressmen who are asking the question, “Who are you, Obama, and from whence came you?” - which Boehner refused to do.
O’Reilly apparently cannot think clearly enough to figure this out.
Not worth commenting on!!! O’Reilly has not only jumped the shark, worse than that, he has gone insane in his adoration for a man (Obama) that is out to destroy the American economy and the very nation itself. I do not know about Obama’s birth or his religion, and...I do not care. What I do know this POTUS Obama is not a Christian, nor an American.
Under the Constitution a requirement to become POTUS:
Requires Both Parents must be “Citizens of the United States” to be considered a “Natural-Born” Citizen!
Mr Obama has stated in his book “Dreams of My Father” & several times at speaking engagements , that his father was a “Kenyan with British Citizenship”!
Mr Obama’s........ “Legal”.......... father was a Kenyan with British Citizenship.
Under “Vattel’s Law of Nations” ( which our Founding Fathers used in defining “Natural-Born” Citizen). The” Country of the Fathers” is therefor that of the Children; and these become true citizens by their Tacit consent.
I say,that, in order to “be of the country”, it is necessary that a person be born of a father who is a “Citizen”; for, if he is born there of a “foreigner”, it will only be the place of his birth and “Not” his Country!!
Also, as a Kenyan native, Barack Obama Sr. was a British subject whose citizenship status was goverened by The British Nationality Act of 1948. That same act goverened the status of Obama Sr.’s Children.
British Nationality Act of 1948 (Part II, Section 5): Subject to provisions of this section, a person born after the commencement of the Act shall be a citizen of the United Kingdom and Colonies by descent if his father is a citizen of the United Kingdom at the time of the birth.
In other words, at the time of his birth, Barack Obama Jr. was a citizen of the United Kingdom and Colonies (or the UKC) by virtue of being born to a father who was a citizen of UKC.
Therefore, Barack Obama Jr. is ..........”Not”............ eligible to be POTUS.
It is time for Congress to stand-up for the Constitution!!
Mr Obama Needs to be removed from the White House!!
Nancy Pelosi realized that Mr Obama did “Not” meet the requirements to become POTUS so; she notorized & signed 2 different affidavits certifying that Mr Obama was elegible to be nominated by the Democrat Party. The only State that had the words “Certified under the Constitution” was the State of Hawaii.... All other states received the second affidavit that said he was “eligible” to be nominated but; the words “Certified Under the Constitution” were eliminated..... This is Fraud & Corruption!!
Mr Obama knows that he did “Not” meet the requirements to become POTUS !!

There is no convincing evidence either way. Though the effort to keep the long-form out of public view is, shall we say, suspicious?

Honestly, I am not a birther, but Bill is keeping this stuff on the front burner to damage conservatives and aid Obama.
I would just ignore it and focus on the actual documented damage he has done.

Rev. Manning said it long ago , that Fox News was party of the govt. media complex and therefore an ememy . And I vividly recall some Freepers calling him a “ wacko “ and worse . He was right . His shtick is to be a “centrist” at all costs. It precludes him from taking the birthers side. If there is any hard evidence to support them he will then come up with some centrist tripe to defend his position before the evidence came out.

You're right. It's all about access.
I’m sick of hearing about the interview. You’d think that’s all he ever did. Last week, he asked Dennis Miller for an opinion and Miller said that “for some strange reason you seem to want BO to like you, really like you”. Bill danced all around that. His segments with Beck are painful. If Glenn gets too serious, BOR takes a turn and makes jokes and what could have been a great discussion ends with Bill shooing him off like a pesky fly. Must be in Beck’s contract to appear. Love it when Laura Ingraham gets testy with him. I do watch the show pretty often ‘cause I usually like the guests.
I remember back when bor had that little spat with the sexual harassment case and it went away.Now the girl who was involved in the case went to california to work on some program and is now back.Somebody has some serious dirt on bor causing him to perform the puppet dance.I have not watched that guy in 2 years and dont ever plan to again.

I heard a rumor that Mary Katherine got her hands on the 1948 British Nationality Act this morning. I can not confirm this but the source has been reliable before.
Bill really needs to do more of his own research, instead of relying on a predisposed staff. Amazing; but of course, this did not begin as an O'Reilly exclusive - it is not HIS issue - and so; it simply has no validity.
