Declare them enemies of the state and arrest them for treason.

I wonder how that’s going to go over with wives, kids, and any jobs or businesses they have.

Like that even matters to these hacks? They would run over their own grandmas to kiss the rumps of the union pimps that own these whores.

Here's a list of Wisconsin state senators:

Wisconsin senators
I suggest sending a message of support to the republicans and a critical message to the democrats who are hiding out in Illinois.

Pressure from those outside of WI could have an impact.

You could also send a message of support to Scott Walker here:

Couldn’t they vote on a bill to get rid of the unions? Then they could vote when the dimwits get back on the pension/health costs.

“The Wisconsin Constitution, however, only requires that three-fifths of each chamber to be in attendance for “any law which imposes, continues or renews a tax, or creates a debt or charge, or makes, continues or renews an appropriation of public or trust money, or releases, discharges or commutes a claim or demand of the state.”

So if Republicans included non-fiscal, but still controversial provisions, in a separate bill — including, potentially, the provisions regarding collective bargaining — legally they’d only need 17 senators for a vote to be held, Esenberg said. That means Republicans could vote without a single Democrat being present, he said.”

I’m a news junkie too lol my daughter knows all about this I was going to tell her but she knew already. I would characterize them as middle class. My grandchildren are in WI schools though, however their teachers were not gone. My son in law told me this morning that he had a discussion with my oldest grand daughter since this was being discussed in school and she asked him about it. He explained to her the other side of the story. They are small business owners and he explained expenses from that angle as well.

I can just imagine if this came up today she is one who will present the other side of the story intelligently even if it’s not popular. Knowing her she was looking for ammunition to do just that and knowing my son in law I would say she was now fully armed.

I think your right about the Joe six packs all those we talk to seem to be on the side of the Governor. My daughter said the majority of her customers the bulk of which are Joe six pack and middle class are with the Gov. though some feel the need to explain they like the teachers.

If anyone needs a bus ride to tomorrow's Madison rally, sign up here.

If anyone is driving to Madistan, here's a map with parking garages.

And if you live in western Wis. and can't get to Madistan, Minnesota unionists will be gathering in Hudson for their own rally and the locals should meet them there.

You may show support for Gov. Walker's Budget Repair bill by signing this petition, set up by the WisGOP.

Patriots are meeting around 10am at the south steps of the capitol.

Anyone find it a coincidence that all the dems bolted for Chicago?

They are just returning to the Mother Ship.

These pathetic DIMocRATs are disgusting. When they have the majority, they lock out opponents and won’t entertain discussion. When they get the minority, they run away so as to disrupt. Give these fools noi quarter at any level. No quarter to these destroyers of freedom and culture. No quarter.

Send the guarantors of personal economic liberty (state tax auditors) after them too. Freeze and seize everything they own. Hunger is a powerful motivator.

It’s 2/3rds, according to the Wisconsin constitution. I’d been thinking the same thing myself

LOCK THEM OUT. If and when they return, do NOT give them admittance to the statehouse. BAR THEM. They no longer represent the people of Wisconsin... They walked away from their oaths, so fire them without the benefit of an election. If they show up... physically prevent their entry by whatever means necessary. You can figure that out for yourselves. They want war. Fine... Give it to them in spades. It is time to not only “take off the gloves,” but to use brass knuckles against these bastards.

I like the idea of exporting Democrats to Illinois. There’s about a million more from Wisconsin that could go.

Article IV, Section 7 of the Wisconsin constitution:

Each house shall be the judge of the elections, returns and qualifications of its own members; and a majority of each shall constitute a quorum to do business, but a smaller number may adjourn from day to day, and may compel the attendance of absent members in such manner and under such penalties as each house may provide.

Article VIII, Section 8, Wisconsin Constitution:

On the passage in either house of the legislature of any law which imposes, continues or renews a tax, or creates a debt or charge, or makes, continues or renews an appropriation of public or trust money, or releases, discharges or commutes a claim or demand of the state, the question shall be taken by yeas and nays, which shall be duly entered on the journal; and three-fifths of all the members elected to such house shall in all such cases be required to constitute a quorum therein.

Regrettably, Article IV, Section 8 requires a two-thirds vote of all members elected to expel a member. I would think that suspending the pay of any absent member would be permitted under IV.7. Potentially they could get away with hiring a bounty hunter and upon not finding the person, declare the seat vacant.
