Gallup is Obotula friendly. It is actually much worse than this. In VA he is totally despised, so the average rating is bogus.

I can tell you this... only about 13% of people in Mississippi approve of obama... he is universally despised here... after the BP fiasco and the oil fiasco, he is truly hated down here.
