Posted on 02/26/2011 7:08:56 PM PST by Jayster
Sacramentos ABC News 10 reported on the union rally and Tea Party counter rally in Sacramento today. ABCs online report makes cursory mention of an incident of union violence directed at a Tea Party activist: Police cited one man for battery after he allegedly shoved a tea party supporter.
Agreed. I’ve been on the receiving end of physical violence and I know from experience a controlled response is not only possible but necessary to the end game. The left wants us to react in kind. The manipulators at the top of the pyramid are counting on it. However it stings our pride to do so, we must continue to disappoint our provokers while we continue to regain and consolidate political power, which we are doing. It is the best path.
>> I know Rodney....the guy that was attacked. Nice guy and doesnt want that.
You let Rodney know he’s not only willing to hold his ground, he was smart about self-control. Had the punk charged another, he might of ate that bullhorn, and I’m not sure that’s what we want.
I know. That was awful.
Is this guy’s name really Andazola or Andasola. Can’t find origin of name. Could be Mexican or some form of Basque?
Is he really an illegal?
From talking to Rodney, it was a Citizens Arrest. Not totally sure, but I think that means he can be released by the police with a summons to appear. The rest will be sorted out in the courts.
What happened with the suit? Did it cost you any money at all, for anything?
I call dittos and double down along with you guys.
(un)Fortunately for me, I’m over 6’3 and 200lbs, so very few have wanted to even try their luck in a long time - all they do is look and grind their teeth - even the union thugs and bicycle anarchists in Portland, Oregon didn’t wanna dance...
snif* snif* I’m feelin like a wallflower! LOL!
I have a sense, however, that the days of (relative) peacefulness are drawing to a close in our fair land, and a breaking point is approaching.
If the people in this country ever rise up against all this BS, the left, including all these thugs, would be massacred.
I agree. Many are intimidated by the notion of the biased slimestream media perverting the truth. I say screw the slimestream media and swing right back at them.
But he was quick to get the cops on the thug, pointing him out like some little kid whining, “Daddy, he hit me!!”
That’s part of the problem, not the solution. Maybe at some point he’ll get sick of being a wussy punching bag for these maggot thugs.
I agree. I’m sick of this weakness and fear of the media.
Oh, you get a grip. Looking and reacting like a pansy just encuorages more of the same. It’s no different than obathturd running around the globe bending over and bowing and scraping to other leasders, begging to be their bitch and basically giving terrorist and thug nations carte blanche. The more you appease them, the worse they get.
These thugs need a good ass-kicking.
I agree. If all Rodney or anybody else is going to do is tug on a cop’s shoulder and point to the thug, he looks like a jerk.
Dream on. The court won’t do sh!t about this.
The chance to teach the needed lesson has passed.
a former freeper gal was a private detective, she cornered me in my parkng lot, insisted she was just driving by when I had just walked out of my apt building, started asking me quesitons about the case...I told ehr the truth, that we had video of the event, caught the guy making what we believed were deliberate false statements under oath, ( he was previously convicted for perjury in a trial)
I also contacted the fire department of New Haven, asked them if they had any witnesses in the crowd
within 3 days of those events, he insisted on dropping the suit
The legal fees were over $14K
The worst part of all of this is that the MSM will do NOTHING to report this. but they try to create fear about the TEA party and make anyone associated with it as a violent person.
Oh, c’mon folks...
Don’t you know by now that violence isn’t violence if Done-While-Democrat? Just ask anyone at a big media newsroom.
I agree. Stay home. But if you go, be prepared to kick some ass instead of whining to the useless cops like a pansy.
Why would they owe money if they filed the suit? Wrong lawyer?
BINGO... you are exactly right, cripplecreek!
Shoving is Tactic #1 by union thugs at these rallies. I'm a woman and I've been mildly shoved by women union thug-ettes. I was holding my homemade anti-ObamaCare sign outside a healthcare town hall venue in September 2009. A couple of union women got really close to me, then placed their union-printed signs right over mine (another union tactic), and the shoving began (yeah, I shoved back!). I've also experienced LOUD whistles being blown into my ear by union goons.
But I've witnessed much worse shoving/punching by male union thugs vs. our male tea party patriots last fall... unfortunately the thugs often get away with it.
A most excellent post.
Defending yourself with a lawyer costs money, whether it goes to trial or not, you have to pay a lawyer
It’ll go nowhere. The thug most likely will fail to appear. I doubt if the judge will even issue a bench warrant.
Nobody should rely on the cops or the courts for justice. The cops and the court clerks are all union people, and the judges don’t care about a minor scuffle in which nobody was injured.
It’s over. The opportunity to make a point has passed, unused.
Wasn’t there some means by which you could get a judgment for the legal fees?
So someone got shoved?
When someone gets shot, then call me, as its time to lock n load.
Sure, I know. But didn’t they try to recoup their attorney fees?
Just a side question for you and the thread.....has anybody been watching FNC’s coverage in Madison? This guy they have on site there is an abject idiot. I’d never seen him before until this event. This guy is dumber than a bag of hammers. Seriously.
I love it when they can’t even spell correctly to attempt to get their point across.
“are”, not “our”.
Pepper spray. Vector or Fox Labs are good.
sorry no I haven’t seen it.
TBH I rarely watch any “news” broadcasts including Fox.
I get far to agitated. Therefore I read. It allows me to double check etc.
Me too! LET’S GO!
As I have told many people since I've grown older: I'm getting too old to fight, and I'm too bullheaded to just take an @$$whipping, so my only alternative is to shoot their sorry @$$ and drop a sharped screwdriver next to their body...
As I was told by my father many years ago: "Son, don't go starting fights... But if you find yourself in the middle of one, remember that there are NO rules, and end the fight with whatever you have at hand."
= As the yellow thug waddles off into the sunset with a smirk on his face.
Maybe I should say - a yellow thug with nothing very creative to say than “you bunch of sissies”.
Oh yes, and one other thug who looks VERY Very thuggish yelling “Unions make us strong”. Good for you big boy.
I think the word “Pathetic” comes to mine.
I was thinking he looks a little like Commrade V.I. Lenin.
Yep, I know what you mean. I kinda get that “Sling Blade” thing goin’ on myself when I watch a lot of news. Your approach is wise.
Union thugs clearly crossed the street and accosted the Tea Partiers. See second video at biggovernment link.
.....And those that raise up their sword against me shall die by their own sword.
Thanks for the ping.
Let the uber biased Sacramento Bee (basically a labor union rag in broadsheet format) have it! You can comment on their article here: http://www.sacbee.com/2011/02/27/3433814/sacramento-rallies-draw-foes-backers.html
A coalition of union members, progressive advocacy groups, and the unemployed rallied Saturday at the state Capitol. Over 400 union supporters demonstrated their support for public employees under fire in Wisconsin, Indiana and Ohio. Across 10th Street about 150 counter-demonstrators calling itself Tea Party United, held their own rally. (Manny Crisostomo | firstname.lastname@example.org )
The "unemployed"? They must be getting paid to be there.
You are correct teamsters are private sector unions.
Have you aver known a teamster? I grew up in NJ and knew a few. Trust me when I tell you that the typical teamster is an idiot. I know of no other way to describe them. They are definitely not the best and brightest. If they were they wouldn't be a teamster.
The problem with these rallies is that you run into the chance that someone there is spoiling for a fight. It's always easy to be a tough guy when you hide behind 2 dozen of your “brothers”.
