During the dark days in Iraq before the surge’s game-changing results were apparent, then-Sen. Barack Obama wondered about the Bush administration’s definition of success in that war. During the 2008 campaign, presidential candidate Obama declared a president had no constitutional authority to unilaterally launch a military attack without congressional approval absent an immediate threat to the United States. And candidate Obama criticized the Bush administration for letting Osama bin Laden escape.
Now questions of a similar vein haunt President Obama’ decision to go to war in Libya. What are our aims there? Should Obama have consulted Congress as he did the U.N. Security Council? Will Moammar Gadhafi escape justice?
The wave of revolt spreading across the Middle East caught the administration by surprise. The White House has been plagued by inconsistency in coping with events there, and never more so than in Libya. Obama declared Gadhafi had to go, but for weeks resisted the use of U.S. military force. When he finally did order U.S. warplanes and warships to strike, he declared the U.S. goal to be limited to protecting civilians — not toppling Gadhafi.

Whenever he posts something about healthcare many people comment: "What good is healthcare if I cant afford the gasoline to go to the doctors! What are you doing about that!"
His being out of touch really shows on his Facebook posts and a growing number of people are letting him know.

As long as a “coalition” of a few sympathetic states are in agreement, one country has the “right” to just launch missles at another if they don’t like the way it is being run.
