I remember when some N.O.W. official, don’t remember who, said that she would participate in a particular act with Bill Clinton, as partial thanks for all he had done for women’s issues as president.

I’m still shocked at the ironies of an official of a woman’s organization publicly saying such things; publicly offering of herself in ways which women’s groups tell us are so demeaning to women.

She really hit a double play with this one. She not only demeaned herself and all women, but also completely trivialized the serious issues of sex harrassment, all in one statement.

A professional would handle the issue much differently. Perhaps you are young and not yet skilled in how to handle the media? If you were, you would speak (and be interviewed) by every media outlet and be able to handle yourself and your organization accordingly.

And, I was just wondering: how much federal funding does NOW receive? Yes, I could look it up, but since it's your "professional" obligation to know, could you post it, please?
