It's not just the Repubs in California. DiFi will be safe as long as Cornyn heads up the NRSC. Larry Elder went to him in the fall of '09 to put in his bid to run against Boxer and Cornyn kicked him to the curb to back Fiorina. I'm pretty sure he learned nothing from the experience. Those Rino horns have a tendency to interfere with forward vision.
Agreed. It's pointless to waste resources on blue states. Besides, the RINO the pubbies would run against her would probably make DiFi look conservative.
Articles purpose is to activate her base.
Only Osama Bin Laden could displace her.
“I think I read that not a single California state or national office incumbent lost in 2010. If true, the only hope for California is that it goes belly up under a conservative administration and is forced to finally have a reckoning.”
You are correct. Voting in California is like voting in North Korea.
If nothing else, at least this will force the ‘rats to devote resources to holding the seat. It’s a war remember, not just a series of battles.
Even though I agree that Boxer's both stupid and evil, I think she has plenty of competition for the title "Stupidest" Senator.
Think about the RINO Ladies from Maine, Snowe and Collins; Patty Murray, Lisa Murkowsky, Barbara Mikulsky, Al Franken, Harry Reid, Chuck Schumer and Patrick Leahy. That's just the pick of the litter!
“Dont worry the Republicans in Cali will put up some unelectable schlub, that alienates the republican base, like Carli and Diane will get another 6 years.”
Doesn’t matter what schlub the Republicans put on the ballot the guy or gal with a D after their name is always going to win here. The brain dead California voters are stuck on stupid and because more than half of them get some sort of payment or job from the state they will always vote for their pocket book, Charles Manson would be elected here if he had a D after is name.
Hope beats eternal. The reality is that CA is a deep, blue state and getting bluer every day. Feinstein will be reelected easily.
The only way it could be brought back would be by way of a few good men and they do not exist.
She’s not sufficiently moon-barking crazy for Californa.
They will replace her with someone like Barbara Boxer or Nancy Piglosi.
Whomever the Republican candidate is, the unions will find some illegal who once waited on the candidate to claim (s)he left a poor tip or something, and the media will gin it up into a major scandal.

Well, the entire state gets to vote for her (or not vote for her). It's not like she's the mayor of L.A. In that case, you'd have a point.
Boxer had high dissaproval and still won, easily last time around.
California is gone. The parasites outnumber the hosts. The Democrats have won.
I feel sorry for the Californians who are conservative/moderate. When they say left coast that is true. The whole costal area is liberal - not so much certain areas of the state. In Louisiana we have been trying to get Mary Landrieu out for two terms now both times unsuccessfully. One of her large bases is New Orleans and we had hoped that Katrina dispursed that base. But she also has a base in Cajun country. She has slipped by twice (I’m sure with underhanded help). 2014 coming and we are eager to try again - hopefully this time we can rid ourselves of the LAST Democrat to represent us in Washington, D.C.
Is someone attempting ot suggest that California is going to elect anything other than an idiot statist leftist?
Don’t waste your time, don’t make me laugh, just knock it off.
I was sure that Senator M’aam would finally eat dirt only to be disappointed. Carly was not a bad candidate. Boxer is awful and Feinstein is only marginally saner. Sad comment on California.
Do you mean a California (CA) Democrate (D), better known as a CAD?
So was Boxer. Then the Union Filth started terrorizing voters and stuffing the ballot boxes. And, Presto! She won!
Don’t worry the Republicans in their infinite wisdom will find a socialist to run against the socialist forcing conservatives to stay home.
It’s California and she’s a lib democrat. As the incumbent, there’s no way she loses out there. Boxer was by comparison FAR more vulnerable, and she still won big.
Feinstein lose? No way.
