This news is huge, and some people, other than Obama, should be fired. If there is an applicable law, Bernanke and company should be in jail. They didn't tell anyone that money was going overseas because they knew people wouldn't stand for it. This is one of those issues that will rile up even those who don't follow politics and economic news.
I can’t see any reason for the money to be going overseas unless a portion of it was returned to somebody’s pocket.
