Skip to comments.Jimmy Carter: Religion Makes Men Beat Their Wives [Senility + Liberalism = WOW)
Posted on 04/07/2011 10:23:25 AM PDT by Lazamataz
Former President Jimmy Carter says much of the discrimination and abuse suffered by women around the world is attributable to a belief "that women are inferior in the eyes of God."
Carter said such teachings by "leaders in Christianity, Islam and other religions" allow men to beat their wives and deny women their fundamental rights as human beings.

Show me this behavior in Christianity (the first religion you cite)?
He is one sick puppy.
The libs' favorite pastime -- equating Islam and Christianity.
This loser piece of trash just has to keep reminding us how irrelevant he is and always will be. May he cites Christianity because he has put a few lumps on Rosalynn and is speaking for himself.
Speaking from experience, Jimmah?
And to think, this dolt used to pass himself off as a Southern Baptist. It seems so long ago now.
My wife beats me up every morning. She gets out of bed at 5:00.
So, Carter beats his wife?
So, Carter beats his wife?
Is Carter admitting he beat his wife and blaming it on that he was a Christian?
Poor GA Jimmuh, he must have fallen asleep too many times in his Sunday school class and then the preaching hour too. Or maybe that’s what they teach in Plains, GA.
He was an SB back then, he's an SB now.
Poor Carter, his Commie insanity is blurring his thought process.
Check out Ephesians 5:25-27:
Husbands, love your wives, just as Christ also loved the church and gave Himself up for her; that He might sanctify her, having cleansed her by the washing of water with the word, that He might present to Himself the church in all her glory, having no spot or wrinkle or any such thing; but that she should be holy and blameless.
Documented and mandated in the Koran. Nothing will be found in Christianity, certainly not in the Bible.
Jimmy Carter is an idiot.
So he is saying that there are two things in his life that he beats.
The light Jimmuh. Look for the light...like all of us, someday you will see it.
You know what’s behind that light Jimmuh? Waiting for you Jimmuh...
It is the G-D of Israel Jimmuh. The very people you hate so much. And his son Jimmuh, his son is a Rabbi born in Galalee.
They can’t wait to say Hello...
What a freak of nature.
Ike Turner beat Tina to death. Literally.
The Bible says to love one's wife as Christ loves the church. That doesn't imply they are inferior.
Peanuts was the last democrat to fool me. (I was only 23).
Nah, it's most likely the result of brain damage from listening to him drone on all these years.
"Former President Jimmy Carter says much of the ear abuse suffered by people around the world is attributable to what comes out of his piehole. Carter said the rage caused by his incessant blathering causes men to beat their wives and deny women their fundamental rights as human beings."
Fixed that for you...
Ann Barnhardt will not be doing a video about Jimmy Carter. He passed the tipping point of public awareness of his assininity (”jackassness”) long ago.
Carter is a rabbit whacking bast_rd. He found the poop deck on that rowboat when the poor rabbit tried to climb in with him.
REAL, REAL SOON.
Wouldn’t bother me if Rosalyn got some religion and put an Austin 3:16 smack down on Jimmy.
Jimmah is part of the moral equivalency crowd. It’s a way of excusing Muslims for their ignorance by falsely lumping them in with Christian fundamentalists. Of course, peanut brain could make the point that a lot of men beat their wives without hiding behind religion. The difference is that Islam encourages that behavior in followers, and Christianity condemns it.
Also a Southern Ordained Baptist?
Wasn’t this senile old turd a Sunday School teacher? What was he teaching, wife beating?
