Legalese weasel wording again. It may be real. It may be from Kenya. It may indicate that his father was indeed not an American citizen. It may indicate that he is a bastard. It can indicate almost anything and still be "Real".
The question is not whether he was born in US territory. The question is whether he is a natural born US citizen. If he is a US national but not a natural-born citizen, then he is not eligible to be the President of the US.
And isn’t it the candidates responsibility to provide eligibility, as opposed to taking the word of any individual? There is no way to confirm the statement.

I have a theory as to why the BC has not been produced. It has not been produced because they want to use as a weapon in the waining days of 2012 election.
They want to use it to try to demostrate how “extreme” people are.
Because this official is lying.
I don’t see a signature line for the delivery doctor on the Nordyke twins BC. They were born several days after Obama and their BCs are on the net.
Did the attending physician signature get added in recent years and the Hawaiian official “embellish” a bit much?
Love that whoever wrote her last official response said Obama is a “natural born citizen.” Nice to include a legal opinion — inaccurate one at that — in response to a document request.
The lie a year or two ago was that what we’ve seen (the COLB) is all there is.
Now we KNOW there’s a long form document (at least the lie has canged) Obama is hiding. This is good ammunition.
