The Rasmussen Reports daily Presidential Tracking Poll for Monday shows that 19% of the nation's voters Strongly Approve of the way that Barack Obama is performing his role as president. Thirty-nine percent (39%) Strongly Disapprove, giving Obama a Presidential Approval Index rating of -20 (see trends).
Todays numbers reflect the lowest level of Strong Approval yet recorded for this president. There has been a sharp decline in enthusiasm among liberal voters.
Currently, just 37% of liberals Strongly Approve of the presidents performance. Thats down from 63% a year ago, 57% at the beginning of 2011, and 52% a week ago. Some liberal commentators have expressed disappointment with the president over the extension of the Bush tax cuts, the military action in Libya, and, most recently, the budget deal to avert a partial shutdown of the federal government. While liberal enthusiasm may be declining, 57% of voters believe the president is more liberal than they are.
By a 48% to 37% margin, voters recognize that to significantly cut government spending would require making major changes in National Security, Social Security, and Medicare. Those items make up a majority of all federal spending.

They really are.
It's the first time in decades that their tricks to stuff more spending in DIDN'T work.
It makes 'em real nervous about future prospects.
“Obamas approval ratings are so low that Kenyans are claiming he was born in America.”
Freakin’ birfers...LOL...;)
“Thats why hes going on TV (yet again) this week.”
Saturation. I was saturated with obummer before he got elected...
As Paul Begala said in 2008...that 19% consists of “egg-heads and African-Americans”.
If this holds, I’ll give him another 25% via clueless idiots out there (Hollywood retards, Manhattan morons, union goons et al) and he’d still lose, 56 to 44%.
You can literally see the unthinking, vapid idolatry on their faces. I'm going to trust them to pay my social security benefits in a couple of decades? I think not.
There is another thread with ethnic breakdowns. It shows total approval among blacks at 85% and among Hispanics at 56%.
Obama policies are facilitating higher gas prices... bears repeating everywhere and by every Republican.... Elect Republicans drill baby drill and lower gas prices after that we can talk about alternative energy long term planning but right now 99 percent of all cars on the road use GASOLINE
Mr. Lucky, you are right because you know of the total ignorance of Republican primary voters. They are as dumb as their Democrat cousins.
I know the answer: the Obamaites cannot admit that they are wrong. Simple as that
“Obamas approval ratings are so low that Kenyans are claiming he was born in America.”
Thanks for the laugh...that was great! Love your tagline as well!
