That girl has a sunburn on her biscuits. She does look a bit rosy but I think it's the hat.

Well, coincidentially, this is the first time for me to post a pic. I read the HTML sandbox thread for three hours! But, I was proud of my first attempt!:)

Well congratulations! You did a heck of a job!

Made a batch of those a week ago. They didn’t last long! I added a bit of rum to the mix-let’em sit overnite. LAWDY they were good. Eating Oreos plain seems wrong now.
Going to experiment more-with different sandwich cookies-maybe lemon, dipped in white chocolate. I highly encourage all chocoholics to make these truffles-fabulous!

Now you’re talking-—my fave combo is lemon and white chocolate.

I may see if I can find some McVities Rich Tea Biscuits and make the actual recipe sometime soon, it looks delicious and very easy to make.

One could add Limoncello liqeur to the crushed lemon cookies! How about coconut creme sandwich cookies, crushed, with some coconut rum added? Dip those suckers in dark chocolate sprinkled with coconut.
Think I gotta fire up the blender...
