Following the political debut of daughter Ivanka earlier this week on Hannity, Donald Trump dropped by Larry King Live to talk the topic du jour, Arizona’s immigration law, and give it his seal of approval. While he admitted that “there are a lot of great people coming in,” he called a boycott on the state “ridiculous” and made the astute observation that, well, “Mexico doesn’t have a lot of blonds.”
Trump expressed the most concern regarding the increased crime rate in Arizona, noting that there are “killings all over the place, shootings all over the place” there now and that the law was a direct result of “the federal government not coming out with a law.”
He also expressed dismay at the possible boycotts against Arizona, including that instituted on San Francisco city officials by Mayor Gavin Newsom. And while he stopped short of endorsing racial profiling, he is in favor of “getting them out” if “people come into the country illegally.”

Looks to me like Trump is saying put military on the border to stop further illegal immigration.
For the people here already, judge on a case by case basis. If you have productive people they should get to stay.

I AM grateful to him for taking on these issues and exposing the GOP for the cowards they are.

Now, that said, he did say he would look at each person individually to see who gets to stay and who has to go...and that's PURE FANTASY.

None I'm aware of, though that is my position.
Being from Pima county, Arizona and living in the highest illegal immigration through-way in the USA, it is a breath of fresh air hearing this. I don’t know if I can vote for him, but perhaps this view will be taken by the rest of the GOP who are planing on running. After 20 years of open boarder policy we must clamp down on this madness. I am disgusted at our homeland security chief, she is blatantly lying to the American public on this issue. Even the center leaning liberals that I know here in Tucson grudgingly agree that this is a problem and that something needs to be done. I work in the largest trauma center in southern Arizona and we are constantly taking care of illegals. Most often they are either close to death from the desert crossing or in vehicular accidents often involving 10-15 people crammed into a single vehicle.
I also like his stance on the foreign trade issues that our country has been living with for decades. Our country is certainly being taken advantage of in this respect. Our country was build on good old American hard work. I would love to see “made in the USA” a common place rather than the current rarity.

I showed what he said the the BOR interview, since you did not, and (far from calling you a liar) I also asserted that I remembered him saying something along the lines of what you claimed, but (unlike you) I tried my best to provide where I thought it could be obtained.
(P.S. I haven’t disagreed with you yet, so why start the mud flinging now?)
