How is the ticket “worth” $221 Million if two people split it and get $40 million each. Seems to me it’s worth $80 million.
Only the government could get away with that type of advertising, and only the media would midlessly go along with it.
I am wondering if they picked the immediate pay out over the 20 year payout. Plus, take close to half as taxes.... I could still live with 40 million. Quite nicely.
