A New York Times poll found that 45 percent of Republicans and 25 percent of all adults surveyed believe that President Barack Obama was born abroad. It’s question No. 72 on (Page 8 ) of the poll results.
That’s an increase over a year ago, when 20 percent of adults surveyed thought Obama was not U.S. born.

The only reason he’s hiding his BC is because of the nationality of his dad.
Other documents he hides because I think he used more than just one passport. I think he gave up his citizenship to go to Indonesia. That’s why there are no school records. It would expose it.
And the hiding of other documents... (it all goes down hill from here)...
I think he was not a citizen after coming back from Indonesia and that may be why he’s got some old lady’s SSN.
I also have a hunch he has no law degree. In fact much of what he has claimed about his professional life is false.
Michelle had a law license and everything ever filed by Obama was actually done under her name not his. Obama (I think) was working under her law license. And this may be why he’s hiding most of his college records. He’s a fraud.

I think that when the truth finally emerges, he will be shown as the biggest fraud ever perpetrated on any people in the history of civilization. The gullible will still never believe they were had as badly as they have been had.

Even if Barry Soetoro aka Barack Hussein Obama had been birthed in the Lincoln Bedroom of the White House he is NOT a NATURAL BORN CITIZEN.

Absolutely! I have seen that as the fight of our times since Algore tried to steal the 2000 election. He failed but it was a tough fight. The things Clintoon got away with had me very concerned but that post-election mess made it clear to me that it was an all out fight, for the libs, to destroy every vestige of the rule of law.
Based on the facts as they are readily understandable, there is no way that any judge is going to be able to declare that Obama a naturally born citizen. Alas, to most Americans, that's a frivolous technicality (as witnessed by the fact that there has been no hue or cry on that point) so that means the only safe options the judges have is to avoid ruling at all.
So far, they have been able to do just that.
But things are a lot different now than they were in those weird days prior to Obama's election and I am sure that if is proven that he was indeed born overseas, at an age when his mother was too young to confirm citizenship, a majority of the country would be willing to boot his butt right out of the White House.

We all want to be free like kids on the first day of the school year too. To take our seat at the next level of responsibility that we have earned and have the opportunity to succeed or fail by our own merits to try and attain another level of achievement.
It is the rule of law and equal justice under it that is one of the few proper roles of government and one we must demand it provides and that the people in government live by as well.
You may be right about the motivations of our judges and justices but that is an absolutely cowardly way to administer the law. There is no honor or proud tradition in acting on those lawless impulses however they may justify it with rationalizations of short term comfort for themselves or for the nation.

I asked that question yesterday, and was informed thusly;
“The fact that Indonesia does not accept dual citizenship does not mean that Obama lost his U.S. citizenship. Indonesian law has no impact on U.S. citizenship. U.S. law governs the ways that people can lose U.S. citizenship, and merely taking on foreign citizenship is not sufficient. Losing U.S. citizenship requires (1) an intent to renounce U.S. citizenship, and (2) that the person be 18 years of age or older.”
Wouldn’t that depend upon what his stepfather did in his name? Those records are unavailable too.

I was in Isolo, Kenya, when Barak Obama’s cousin was campaigning for office. I was in a hotel, they asked us to leave as the campaign of the cousin was coming to town. The hotel owner, and many business leaders in Meru said everyone in Kenya knew he was born in Kenya, and taken to be registered in Hawaii. They didn’t understand the fuss, but that he was born in Kenya, it was commonly accepted..
However, I suppose it's human nature not want to be dragged out of your courtroom by an angry mob and strung up from the nearest lamp-post. And, while that may not be a certainty, it's certainly a possibility in some parts of the country. Add in all the speculation about potential race war and it's easy to understand why the black-robed brigade is MIA in this fight.
But they don't deserve all the blame. Most members of the House of Representatives and Senate have Law degrees. They know just as well as the judges do that Obama is not qualified. Yet not ONE of them -- including all the Republicans we generally accept as Conservative -- have pointed to the issue of Obama's dual nationality and said "look folks, based on the way we define "natural born citizen", this guy is not qualified."
Now all that might have worked previously, and since the MSM has kept their lips safety-locked to Obama's rectum, as long as nobody wandered off the reservation, it might have worked all the way through the 2012 election.
Unfortunately for them, with Obama's popularity in the pits and getting worse, there is a hint of blood in the water and the sharks have begun to circle.
