Isn’t this the same COLB info we’ve seen before? Looks like it is bound in a ledger of some sort. What’s the deal with the pdf background matching the body of the cert? I thought these certs were supposed to be stamped with a raised seal and tri-folded for mailing. What is the actual origin of this pdf? I’m not pointing this stuff out to be abrasive - I just don’t see where this answers much. Guess I’ll wait for his holiness’s press conference to see why now?

Just curious, anyone see a raised stamp on it? mine has a raised stamp.
This is a scan or microfiche of the file from a binder, hence the curl. It is printed on official document paper (like car registrations at the DMV, or a counter check at a bank), the same paper as the abbreviated COLB.
I have a couple of old copies of my long-form, and it is also a photostat from a binder (but in photo reverse), probably in microfiche form. The print out is also in photo reverse. If it was done in black on white rather than white on black, and printed on this kind of paper, it would look eerily similar.
It will be deemed a fraud.
The argument will move on to the fact that his father was not an American citizen.
There is no way this “all goes away”.
And anyone who said so was either being disingenuous or foolish.
OMG! I found it! If you go to a high quality color printer and print out the certificate you can clearly see! Hold it up to the light and right there under the NAME OF FATHER, you can make some sort of mark that says..........

My long form copies are a printout from microfiche on ordinary paper with a raised stamp. My short form is a computer print on official/certificate paper with a raised stamp. Both of these documents were printed over twenty-five years ago.
However, this appears to be a printout of a microfiche copy, and instead of a raised stamp has a machine stamp. The machine stamp looks exactly like the kind of stamp my university put on my official transcript.
What’s with the background. The top left corner of the text area is rolled under, then there is more of the background (watermark).
The delay will be seen as an effort at a cover up.
