Note please the signature of the local registrar for Obama is different than that of the twins, who were sopposedly born in the same hospital within days of Obama. How can there be TWO local registrars? The local resitrar on Obama’s BC is one word Uklle?
The WH says it sent a letter last week to the HI DOH requesting the long form, or certificate of live birth vs. the previously released certification of live birth. If you request your own long form, the certification of its authenticity at the bottom would be dated the day the copy is issued.
And, your certificate of live birth (long form) would be on official paper with whatever watermark is used in that jurisdiction, It would also contain virtually the same language about its being ‘a true and correct reproduction or abstract of the original...’ That’s the standard in any jurisdiction in issuing a copy of one’s birth certificate.

On to the college records..hell, how about a high school yearbook photo. Travel records to Pakistan? Passport? Selective Service registration?
I have done some research(legal books and online), and I have not been able to ID the phrase “certificate of live birth.” I have not found a source that uses it, they all use “birth certificate”; and, if you are requesting a record from a state agency, the request form may say “birth record.” I had never heard the term, “certificate of live birth” before the Kenyan made his ascent.
Why would they go through the trouble to issue an “abstract” on an old typewriter (or at least try to make it look that way)? They used computer paper which is modern but dropped the letters “u” and “n” in some words like a manual typewriter. Why would they try to fool us on the type but use modern computer paper? We must look pretty stupid to these people.
