Huckabee releasing S.C. team
http://processstory.com/2011/04/27/huckabee-won%E2%80%99t-run/ ^

We’ve been told that former Ark. Gov. Mike Huckabee, a rumored candidate for the Republican presidential nomination, is giving his former S.C. supporters the nod to seek work on other presidential campaigns. The word is that he’s told South Carolina staffers that they have his blessing for them to peddle their wares elsewhere. If this is as true as it appears, it’s the second major shakeup. Monday, Miss. Gov. Haley Barbour surprised everyone but himself when he announced that he would not seek the GOP nod.

On another thread someone was saying this was not true.

Which is it?

This whole thing is a canard.

From http://www.fitsnews.com/2011/04/27/what-the-huckabee-is-happening-in-sc/?utm_source=twitterfeed&utm_medium=twitter:

Process Story‘s hastily-rechristened article also removed any reference to Huckabee supporters claiming that their boss had told them he was dropping out of the race, but it did allege that Huckabee was “giving his former SC supporters the nod to seek work on other presidential campaigns.”

According to Hogan Gidley, the executive director of Huckabee’s national political action committee, both reports are totally inaccurate.

Reached by phone on Wednesday afternoon, Gidley told FITS that rumors about Huckabee pulling out of the race were “cateogrically false.” He then added that there was “absolutely zero truth” to reports that Huckabee was releasing his South Carolina team.

I agree with you. And the MSM is doing their level best to force him down our throats just like they did with McCain, Dole, Bush, Bush, etc.

“CNN and the NY Times chose McCain last time

DAVID GERGAN (CFR) will choose JEB and Meg Whitman as a “reasonable alternative” to TEA Party choices”

Nobody wants to take on the magic negro backed by the MSM. 2012 will be political warfare with punji sticks and these RINO’s don’t want any part of such a bloody battle.

I thought Huck would be better on TV than he has been.

He checked his sense of humor at the door. I don’t know why.

good calendar of campaign events. Looks like they are running, even if they have not made the official announcement.

"We now need to find a serious challenger who can actually unseat Obama, cuz none of the current crop are even close."

I beg to differ. Some will be better than others, but Obama is terribly weak at this point.

The polls are mostly asking abou tpeople with (at this point) very low name recognition. That will change and improve. Obama has no upside on name recognition.

People can show up at event to endorse others. With no real answer I’m guessing there are a few on that list that haven’t declared.

Well, I was a Forbes supporter back then, and what I remember is the media assuming that Bush was going to be the nominee from the beginning.
