Looking at that Google images I decided to start looking around. Found this interesting article from 2009 that had every detail of his whereabouts down - except the city. Interesting read.

it is actually a doctored version of the photo in post 3.
It’s like a mirrored image (notice his mouth and the postion of his mouth is the same in the picture at #3 and the dead picture. Even the gray beard coloring is too exact.
