A comment was made this morning on one of the talk shows “that the reason the body was dumped a sea was so that he wouldn’t be made a martyr.” Well, hello, guess what the Wahabi’s are going to do since there is no body, and no proof that he was killed. From all that I have read of DNA testing, it takes longer than an hour or so - it takes days or weeks. DNA from a brain, pshaw! It takes less time to do the mDNA, but it still takes time.
This is a cute little ploy by Obama to gain back the confidence of the public - lets see in the last week we have seen his birth certificate suddenly appear and now BenLaden is supposed to be dead. Remember we are going into an election year and it will be long and ugly and you have to do something to make yourself look good. I wonder whats next?

I trust the integrity of the seal teams. They wouldn’t dishonor themselves by taking credit where there was none to take. They wouldn’t do it. he’s dead.

What we don't really know is whether their target was actually OBL. Only 3 people killed in a firefight at OBL’s compound that was right by a Pakisani police station.
I'm not saying this is a conspiracy, but the foundation is already set for one.
Show me the members of the SEAL team(s) who are claiming they took OBL out! Where is the evidence that a SEAL mission actually took place, and where they claim it took place? As noted on another thread, the compound was within 100 yards of a Pakistan Military base, and no one from that base - or no Pakistani LEO responsed to a firefight which took 40 minutes from start to finish? Don’t you think that sounds a bit strange? Perhaps there are no SEAL members which need to “dishonor” themselves.
And in a few weeks, you will see a book for sale by one of the members.
The story keeps changing, too. They said that OBL’s body was buried in accord with Muslim tradition, but Muslims are supposed to be buried facing Mecca. How in the heck does one manage that with a burial at sea? They surely got rid of the body quickly and should have known that would make people suspicious.

If you are to believe the scuttlebut that the military did this over the objections of the white house (which makes the demeanor of the pres during his presser understandable, and makes it even funnier that one of Rumsfield’s staff broke it on twitter) it makes perfect sense that o would have an “eff them” attitude and just get rid of the body, in an attempt to mollify his muslim supporters in the mid-east.

I would trust our elite troops 100%. At this point however I’ve seen nothing that proves to me the Seals were even involved.

Thats a book, on the unit, that killed OBL, and the deal was signed almost a year ago, before this (amazingly, if this deal was signed now, the sniper in the unit would probably be looking at a massive fortune, so this publishing company, basically just got the steal of the century).
Either way, this is a real person, part of a real unit, and you'll be getting first hand accounts soon enough (if you decide to buy the book.......lol).

The dog not barking is the evidence, dear Watson. SEALs are about the least Obama friendly demographic around. If they, the national intel agencies, and the conventional support structure know there was no raid and no UBL EKIA, they’d have the motive and means to prove it easily. Additionally, it would doom Obama politically like no one has ever been doomed before.
All in all, there’s too many moving parts that could leak to pull off this type of con. Framing JSOC for a hit like this simply isn’t possible. Their silence indicates just how legit it was.
No, because they want Zero to get credit. It will be the usual suspects who deny OBL’s death. Having said that, it would be smart for them to release a photo of him dead.
You will be, one of them signed a book deal almost a year ago (memoirs), and he's from the seal 6 team, which means, you'll get a chance to read exactly, in that soldiers words, what happened and how.
