My Sister, My Grief (Uses Sister's Death to Bash the US )
NY Times ^ | 05/03/2011 | ROBERT KLITZMAN

Posted on 05/04/2011 9:29:31 AM PDT by Sneakyuser

...I feel Karen would share my concerns that underlying forces of greed and hate persevere. American imperialism, corporate avarice, abuses of our power abroad and our historical support of corrupt dictators like Hosni Mubarak have created an abhorrence of us that, unfortunately, persists.

This is the opinion, out of many submitted, that the NY Times thought was worth of printing.

Liberalism is a mental disorder, exactly as Rush says. No other explanation absolutely.

This is a waste of ink. If anyone doesn’t like this country, they can get out! Go to their progressive utopia. I’ll get a collection going. But the caveat is that they get chipped so they can NEVER come back.

Robert Klitzman is a professor of clinical psychiatry at Columbia and the author of “When Doctors Become Patients.”

It is my contention that many people choose their professions based upon their personal experiences with others in that profession. For instance, a boy might go into the marines if his father is a marine. A girl becomes an oncologist after an oncologist saves her life. A boy becomes a race car driver after attending car races on Saturdays. SCUBA divers become professional divers after years of sport diving.

So what kind of encounter with psychiatry would prompt a person to become a psychiatrist?

ALL Kings/Queens are dictators.. supported by a royal MOB..
Monarchy is Mob Rule by mobsters as fully as any other kind of dictator..
BUT then democracy is also MOB Rule by mobsters.. with a different kind of royalty..

Surely Sharia Law is MOB Rule by mobsters..
Most of this planet is ruled by Mob Rule by mobsters..

The United States is presently trying to determine whether they want Mob Rule by mobsters(democracy) or Rule by Law..
The 2012 elections will determine which way "we" want to go..

What are YOU FOR?..

#####

Heck didn’t Nick Berg’s father lead an anti-Bush rally within days of witnessing his son’s head sawn off in front of the entire world.

With their insane hatred of traditional American ideals and probably, at root, Christainity, Klitzman and Berg would get along very well.

AGREED!!! And “American imperialism”? Who the hell talks like that today? That phrase is North Vietnamese propaganda for stinking hippie college student consumption. I guarantee this nitwit came of age and was brainwashed in the late ‘60s-early 70’s.

A psychiatrist at Columbia who loved America would be as likely as an iceberg on the equator.

I find it insulting that I'm expected to care about the opinions of someone who obviously gets their worldview from Hollywood fantasies like Avatar.

Probably because it's a perfect reflection of the sentiments of the Time's editorial staff, if not also of it's core readership.

"We need to recognize how the rest of the world sees us, and figure out how to change that. Until we do that, more Osama bin Ladens will arise, and more innocent people like my sister will die. "

Apparently this psychiatric knucklehead has no problem with living under the rule of Islamic mobsters...you just pay whatever jizya is demanded for your "protection".
