Well, let’s see:

- Two years to decide to release the COLB.

- Several months to decide to go after OBL.

- Two days to decide not to release any photos, after initial the decision to release a photo.

In the meantime, it’s amusing to watch the Obama administration floundering on very basic decisions, while trying to claim planning credit for a masterpiece of special operations raids.
