This won’t hold, if O is serious about re-election. Looks arrogant, because it is. This is what I thought too. He could also drag it out so it is released closer to the election. He probably would hope it would remind people what "He" accomplished.

i think he’s using it as a trump card, no pun intended. he will use it to punk the non-discerning GOP candidate that presses him. then, he’s 2-0, whether the photo is as fake as his BC or not. No one will question him again and he’ll skate through never having to answer the questions about his college grades, writings and funding.
