You’re right, it is the same mag and same author.
Al B. told me that.
>> “Simon blinked” <<
.
Simon never was a strong man.
He doesn’t think well on his feet either.
LOL. I remember that appearance. She told him GOOD! I think she might have been back for one more, but I can’t be sure. I see no reason whatsoever for her to appear on his sorry show ever again.
He’s too full of himself and doesn’t listen to his guests anyway.
Frantzie was a real loose cannon.
Always turned on his mouth first and his brain last.
YES! I agree. Too bad the promo on Fox showed her in the same outfit she wore for her interviews with Hannity, Bolling and Greta. I was completely surprised it was LIVE (or at least new) last night.
Now I know where you guys got the ringtone idea.
I agree. He’s slimey enough to spread lies.
>> “and since that day the foxnews has tried to push the ‘She isn’t running meme’
<<
.
They have to.
FCC regs require them to drop her like a rock if they “believe” she’s running.
This article isn’t even about Sarah. It’s about Beck. SMACK!
Same slime different slimee.
Well, I know the speech worked and I recall the crappy fallout from her use of *blood libel* -— I still have Alan Dershowitz’s defense of her saved -— but I didn’t know about Ailes’ advice until I read this article or that Fox News started the *she isn’t running* meme on that day....
She was the smeared, libeled and victimized party, so she had every reason and right to defend herself. Fox News sure didn’t, but Fox News sure defended Juan Williams.
LOL...great song! great idea onyx. BTW..I was reading somewhere that Sarah’s campaign needs a Mississippi online coordinator(or some kind of coordinator..can’t remember) and I nominate you! You would be great at it!!
LLS
LOL. Yeah, I read about that, too.
I’ll wait for her to announce, then I call your friend Sammie!
:)
OK, I read it all — unlike many of those who made knee-jerk comments after reading only the excerpts.
It’s an interesting, thoughtful, and long article.
It’s about the tension between trying to truly stay “fair and balanced” while dealing with outsized egos, outside pressure, and ratings.
It’s about the friction, which is obvious to viewers, between the big names at FOX News. It’s a story about navigating difficult political waters and about the future.
Thanks for posting.
You may be right, but that's not what I saw of him in person. From what I could tell, this was a guy who was good at bringing out the best in his team, not with a whip (like his dad) but by simply asking for it. Good guy. No genius, but a decent and caring human being. In a sense, that lack of understanding for evil might have been his downfall, in that he expects good from people. He's probably too credulous for his own good, but then, that seems to be a typical conservative attribute.
The MSM seemed to be able to get him to stumble often, and even backtrack from his positions. He never seemed to be very sure of where he was.
Palin’s rejection of Ailes’ advice is an excellent example of why I want her in the Oval Office. I’m sick of good conservatives getting trashed, and responding by bending over to take more. Bush, for example. Her “blood libel” speech silenced critics, except for some fools whining about her “thin skin”. No more talk about her being an accessory to murder
The problem with GOP candidates is that they’ve listened to country clubbers like Ailes and Rove for way too long. Sarah speaks from the heart, and I’m there cheering her on.
A lot of that was due to bad advice from Rollins et al. Like I said... an excess of credulity arising from the tendency to project decency upon those on "our side."
