There is no doubt that the majority of liberal politicians are programmed to the Alinsky methodology. But maybe a third of the citizens in this nation are cognizant as to the reality of what has happened by this bunch since the liberals retook the House of Representatives in 2006, and then the White House in 2008. They are products of the same Alinsky methodology taught across this nation in houses of education.
And the 'Donald' is one of them. And to have the media whores castigate him for picking on their 'one' makes me smile.

It’s painfully obvious that portions of the image were rotated, scaled, and placed by hand, but for me the real smoking gun is how certain text (and ONLY certain text) and certain signature portions (and ONLY those portions) are in a SINGLE COLOR while the rest is not only antialiased but exhibits the differing brightnesses one would expect of either handwriting pressure points or the impact of a metal typewriter letter on paper. That alone is proof-positive, “quod erat demondstrandum” level proof of forgery.
This is as fake as fake gets, and no amount of OCR or image-compression hand-waving will explain it away. I know what I’m talking about.

Yes! And don’t forget Rahm is testifying in Blago’s trial. I’m pretty sure he owes Barack O’Leary some payback and for sure Rahm knows where the bodies are buried. Hell, I’ll be happy if Blago and Rahm can get Jarrett out of the white hut.

I spent a few days trying to reproduce anything near the anomalies present on that doc. You are quite correct that it cannot be done by any automatic mechanism.
There is one thing that absolutely proves intentional manipulation though, and that is the presence of cloned characters found in the doc.

One way would be to compare the RGB color of the forged text and signatures against the average brightness of the paper. The paper brightness should vary since it’s not completely flat, and also because the scanning process always introduces noise into the measurements. I’ll bet the forger was SO amateurish that he used the same brush color everywhere. If so, do not pass go, go directly to jail, because they’re busted.
I contend that this is not only a case of forgery, but of identity theft. They clearly used portions of a real cert as a template.
