I agree. She needs much deeper knowledge on the law and history. Have to say though that she isn't any worse (but also not any better) than the average Yale-Harvard-Columbia grad that infest the halls of power as far as knowledge base. For all their Ivy League credentials they have consistently demonstrated a total lack of relevant knowledge in any number of essential fields.

The 0bama administration is exhibit A. Amateur hour of Ivy League intellectuals. Sad. Very sad.

They are supposedly the best and brightest - but display a all too typical lack of knowledge, ideology or philosophy.

Especially when she's starting her tour with the Rolling Thunder rally.

The tour will begin over Memorial Day weekend, during Sunday's Rolling Thunder rally in Washington, an annual pilgrimage of bikers to honor fallen soldiers and prisoners of war.

“The first stop will be at the annual Rolling Thunder motorcycle rally”

Awesome. Paying respects to our Vets and the POW’s.

As long as she doesn’t go all “real talk express” Mccain style, I think this is genius.

The MSM talking points of late have all been, she's not running, she can't win anyway and she wouldn't dare try.

Yoo-hoo, media, you're wrong again!

Gov Palin calls her own shots. Just watch her rock 'n roll! YES!

“Major indicator” of Sarah Palin run on the way?
Insider to CBS News: “Several reliable sources” say sign is coming that former vice-presidential candidate will run in 2012

Excerpt:

(CBS News) In the strongest sign yet of a possible Sarah Palin run at the presidency, filmmaker Stephen Bannon this week announced a $1 million documentary, “The Undefeated,” about her term as Alaska’s governor.

Scott Conroy, a reporter at RealClearPolitics.com and co-author of “Sarah from Alaska,” got a sneak peek at the documentary and said on “The Early Show” Thursday he’s heard from “several reliable sources” that, over the next couple of days, another “major indicator” is going to surface that she’s ready to run in 2012.

Of the documentary, Conroy said, “This is really the biggest news that we’ve had in a while about Sarah Palin in terms of her presidential prospects. It’s suggests strongly that she’s been planning something all along. She’s been kind of quiet.”

Pro-Sarah Palin documentary to premiere in June

Excerpt:

In a move sure to ramp up speculation about a potential Sarah Palin presidential bid, conservative filmmaker Stephen Bannon will in June release a full-length documentary extolling the former governor’s tenure in Alaska politics, RealClearPolitics reports.

Palin has so far been coy about whether or not she intends to enter the contest for the GOP presidential nomination, but the film’s June premiere - in Iowa, a crucial early-primary state - adds fuel to the theory that she is, at the very least, still seriously considering the option. (Bannon said that, after Iowa, he would release the film in other early primary states - including New Hampshire, South Carolina, and Nevada - before rolling it out to the rest of the country.)

Ya know, my husband is a staunch Ron Paul supporter. And while I agree he’s great on The Constitution (and most Domestic issues), I just can’t get on that band wagon myself. I don’t feel he’s electable and I personally think he wouldn’t make a good leader - at least not what we need right now. I think he’d be better in a Treasury type position, etc.

That said, he claims Palin is just a RINO, and I don’t understand why he thinks that, or how he gets that. I personally like her and would vote for her if she ran. I can’t imagine another better candidate that would be better for the country, at this time (except maybe Herman Cain). Just sayin’.

Palin can beat Romney in the primaries. There's no legion of Romney die-hards that aren't made of electrons, cash and Astroturf. Palin has actual and potential grassroots power, which there is no substitute for.

Could Romney make a good VP for Palin? It would neuter his RomneyCare curse, because she's opposed to it, and he's not the front runner. It would give her access to his awesome fundraising abilities. Also, the man is RINO as the day is long, so it would also disarm any criticism that the ticket was a right wing parade.

If she were able to absorb Romney into her fold, then the primaries would in effect be over. Palin / Romney is more than the current pack of gnomes, dwarves and wee folk would be able to contest.

Given my druthers, I would prefer Palin / West, but I understand that there are strategic and tactical considerations that make dream teams hard to come by.

Col. West isn't running. Herman Cain has never held elected office and has yet to be questioned about his support of TARP and other issues. Gov. Pawlenty has become the fall back guy to Gov. Romney for the Establishment Republicans.

Gov. Palin will be a great addition to the Republican field of potential nominees.

I LOVE that bus! When is it coming to Friendly CA country like Orange and SD counties???

Thank you, Sarah Palin. We appreciate you running the hideous media gauntlet for this country. How we wish you didn’t have to sacrifice so much for your service.

Now announce. No donations ‘til it’s official. I think ol’Fred Thompson took a nap on all my last Pres race donations... Heck, I even have a Fred hat. A lot of good that did me.

“Starting this weekend, Sarah Palin will embark on a One Nation Tour of historical sites that were key to the formation, survival, and growth of the United States of America,”

Sounds like the making of another TV reality show. Is TLC involved in filming the tour?

But, I really do hope she's running.

She ain’t running. She’s working for Herman Cain. She’s out making waves, and will endorse Herman when the time is right.

And then.... he could decide to choose Sarah Palin as his VP.
