The Pima County Sheriff's Department released a video Thursday that shows a SWAT team shooting into a suspect's house. He died after being shot 60 times.
Jose Guerena, 26, was shot and killed May 5 when Pima County authorities served a search warrant on his home.
The Sheriff's department says five SWAT team members fired more than 70 rounds in less than 10 seconds after the former Marine pointed an assault rifle at officers. His wife contends the family thought the officers were robbers. He was shot 60 times

He is the sherriff that claimed Rush and Hannity and talk radio and fox news were responsible for the Giffords shooting.
The investigation into this shooting will be based on this helmet camera, and statements from the paramilitary civilian troops that shoot this guy 60 times.
Does anyone know if the dead homeowner even has a record of violence?
Are these the same caliber and quality of investigations that led a SWAT Team to kick in the door of a Marine with no criminal history with a young wife and small child at home... over a legal base ball cap, a picture of some Mexican Robin hood type, a legal firearm and perfectly legal body armor you can buy off ebay??
You mean those kinds of investigations, of that quality coming from a department that has already lied tot he media MANY TIMES will give us truthful answers?
You are assuming that all those on the gov level and the armed agents of the state all possess common sense... that's your first mistake...
He has NO RECORD AT ALL... just a traffic ticket or two according to KGUN TV...
Watch the paramilitary SWAT member with the helmet camera....As soon as they open up on the homeowner, helmet cam guy appears to jump back in the vehicle and ducks behind the seat, and goes to the floor of the vehicle.
At least that is where the camera was pointed. wow...
Or don’t deal drugs and do home invasions

I only heard the siren for a few seconds. I would have assumed, if I heard it in my house, that it was a cop pulling somebody over. It was on and then it was off. They yelled from outside the door. If I was watching tv in the farthest room of that house, I don’t think I would have understood what they were saying until the fog cleared in my head while hearing someone beating on my door. And if I were on the toilet with the fan on, then I wouldn’t have heard any of this stuff clearly. We run our fan in our bathroom all the time. It’s to drown out the noise outside our bedroom.
I don’t know much about SWAT procedures, but why do these cops have sunglasses on looking into a dark house? (I don’t know if you know. Maybe someone else can explain.)
Do you even realize, well not that you would care to be so consistent, but let me ask anyway... do the SWAT members have a history of violence and why don't you ask that also?
Why would they put a camera on the SWAT member who was to the rear, and subsequently jumped back into the vehicle and hit the floor of the vehicle when they started shooting? Why would they put a camera on the guy in the rear and not those in front, who were doing the shooting?

I have no idea where any of their histories are, but after watching this video, I'd say yeah they do.
But I can tell you for a fact, their boss, the Sheriff, has a history of making wild, baseless inaccurate accusations.

If the homeowner here has absolutely NO history of violence, why would they raid his home in the same manner, with the same tactics they would raid the compound of a mass murdering international terrorist?
They raided it in this manor because they are a bunch of Delta Force, Navy SEAL wannabes who think they are at war with the citizenry in the same way were at war with Al Queda
Didn’t all the SWAT members involved lawyer up?
