That depends upon what you want to learn from him I guess. He has it right about homosexuality. His teachings on Tibetan Buddhism are clear. If you look to him to teach you politics, physics, American history, aircraft maintenance or other things he has no knowledge or experience of you might be disappointed.
FRom the complicit media--where else? No bigger suckers in the world than the whores and scoundrels of the media who presume to tell us what to think.
Yeah, I am just disappointed that he has such a rosy view of Communist China.
Perhaps a better measure of the Dalai Lama regarding communism would be the decades of fear the ChiComs in Beijing have had for him. Apart from the whole serious-danger-to-my-life thing I wouldn’t mind being that feared by American communists.

an admirer of and wished to join Hitler's NAZI party.
Apparently he has been an admirer of communism most
of his life:
