I guess this was too much to handle when you go underage.

I guess we will see if his need for his 157,000 and his debts are too much for Nancy or will he get a pay out ( bribe).

Hang in there Weiner! Don’t give in! They just want to get rid of you because they don’t want this mess hanging around for election time.

Dig in your heels and tell them to shove it. they don’t have your best interests at heart. The call for your resignation is purely for THEIR political benefit.

oh my gosh. Nancy P. wants him gone?????

I heard that Weiner is broke, financially speaking, and that he needs to hang on so he gets his $160,000+ congressional paychecks as long as possible.

You figure that he has no real political allies, so he won’t get some appointed political job anywhere soon. He’s not going to be elected to mayor or any other job. He won’t be able to go on the lecture circuit and make money. He can’t write a book about his experiences and make money that way.

Heck, Huma may cut him off, for all we know. Maybe among the matters exposed will be far worse than the exposure of his bodily parts. We may also see exposure of the marriage being somewhat a sham, and the marriage having been arranged by the Clintons for their own political purposes.

I’m wondering if Weiner wants to stay on so he could run for reelection, lose and get to keep the leftover millions in campaign contributions. He has no marketable skill outside of politics.

The Constitution requires that member of the House be replaced only by an election held in the congressional district of the former representative.

“When vacancies happen in the Representation from any State, the Executive Authority thereof shall issue Writs of Election to fill such Vacancies.” — Article I, Section 2, Clause 4 of the U.S. Constitution

According to the US Constitution and state law, the governor of the state calls for a special election to replace the vacant House seat. The full election-cycle must be followed including political party nominating processes, primary elections and a general election, all held in the congressional district involved. The entire process often takes as long as from three to six months.

While a House seat is vacant, the office of the former representative remains open, its staff operating under the supervision of the Clerk of the House of Representatives. The people of the affected congressional district do not have voting representation in the House during the vacancy period. They can, however, continue to contact former representative’s interim office for assistance with a limited range of services as listed below by the Clerk of the House.

“Legislative Information:
Until a new Representative is elected, the vacant congressional office cannot take or advocate positions of public policy. Constituents may choose to express opinions on legislation or issues to your elected Senators or wait until a new Representative is elected. Mail received by the vacant office will be acknowledged. The staff of the vacant office can assist constituents with general information concerning the status of legislation, but cannot provide analysis of issues or render opinions.

“Assistance with Federal Government Agencies (Casework):
The staff of the vacant office will continue to assist constituents who have cases pending with the office. These constituents will receive a letter from the Clerk requesting whether the staff should continue assistance or not. Constituents who do not have pending cases but require assistance in matters relating to federal government agencies are invited to contact the nearest district office for further information and assistance.”

I can only assume they are privy to FBI information that perhaps actual pornographic images were sent by an adult to a minor and across state lines and perhaps even reciprocated..and it may well not even be the Delaware girl.

The frikkin dude is RADIOACTIVE...and just within a few hours.

Something is leaking. It might be an even more disgusting photo of the pervert, superceding that which was "ahem!", leaked by accident by Mr. Breitbart on a radio show. (Just a guess). Of various acrobatics by Mr. Weiner and his weiner.

This Congressschlong could see time in the iron chateau if it is serious enough. Still, he will stand his ground--guaranteed, in his next face off with the press. He is devoid of the concept of "public servant", and lording it over the massess, will insist on staying because he is there for their own good. Sick man. Truly one sick puppy.

On top of it, a national security risk, and Congressional hearings to deny him any security clearance should be threatened by the appropriate Majority (GOP) leadership of a Congressional committee, probably Standards or Homeland Security. No low level employee in our DOD or Intelligency Agencies could get away with this...a snotty, fast talking, slick, lawyered-up Congresspecker can. Go figure.

But suddenly with no explanation, they want him gone....

There must be something to that interview with the 17 year old that isn't good.

If I had a show on CNN or PMSNBC I'd be a little worried right now. Mr. Weiner is going to need a time slot.

There was a story here yesterday about his co-op apartment in New York City that was listed for sale for a while, then suddenly got pulled off the market just a couple of days ago. I’m not sure what it means, but I’m certain it has something to do with whatever his “future plans” might be.
