The emails of Sarah Palin - more than 24,000 pages of them released Friday by the state of Alaska from her first two years as governor - paint a picture of an image-conscious, driven leader, closely involved with the day-to-day duties of running the state and riding herd on the signature issues of her administration.

As contrasted with playing golf constantly? What about parties with Wagu beef? Or what about a 25k a month liquor bill on the state plane like Pelosi? Any toasting palestinian terrorists? Any deep friendships with communists?
this is what it comes down to. The press knows that those that run for office are attention seeking and desperate for acceptance. Therefore it is easy to compromise any candidate. Take Mccain for example... they heap praise on him, then pull the football away and make him beg for the heroine he desperately wants. Then they own him.
They are desperate to have something on Palin so they can control her. They have nothing and they are panicked. That is what it comes down to. They control the election cycle and they consider it their own territory and game. They cant have someone in the game they do not control.
That is the whole thing you are watching unfold.
What next, they going to admit she had nothing to do with the Giffords shootings?

Palin was also the country’s most popular governor with a 90% approval rating at one point. That fact has been all but scrubbed from Google as far as I can tell.

While a review of Palin emails turned up nothing illegal, many commentators are noticing a sinister trend in Palin’s affect on many men, especially liberal men in the pricacy of their own homes.
All of the emails taken together add up to one implication, says the political experts: Palin’s persona may be behind the scandal that lead to Anthony Weiner’s resignation from his Congressional Seat.
“Weiner was forced to send the suggestive Tweets because Palin made him do so,” said one expert.
Palin tweeted Weiner several times urging him to send the 40,000 people on his account the lewd photos. Finally he couldn't resist her constant requests any long and caused the fiasco that ended his career.
(While there is not direct proof this happened, the indirect clues are there for anyone to see.)
Palin is a disgrace to our nation for causing Weiner’s problems. She also inspires violence and shootings, too.

Thought for the day. Say the 100 man work crew has worked 20 hours since the emails were released. Thats 120,000 man minutes. FIVE minutes per email.
They have seen them all by now,, 3 times over. They know there are no sexual affairs, no financial irregularities, no obscene language, nothing that makes her look incompetent, nothing that exposes any blatant hypocrasy.
They are still poring over them hoping for some small way to spin something, anything, against her. But they truly expected her to be dirty like Obama, Pelosi, etc.
They are in shock now. They were waiting on this to bury her.
She also uses a tanning bed! Who does she think she is? Milt?

26,000 emails and they couldn't even take something out of context to get Gov. Palin.
That is one smart woman. And we should ALL remember this in our daily emails. I assume every single email I send could be used in some sort of suit against me and/or my employer.
I even "soften" jokes so they come across innocuous.
