Re my #39- I wonder if it was the same guy? Mine was on Second Avenue between 79th and 80th.
That's roughly the same neck of the woods I saw mine in, but this was back in the mid 70's. Maybe there's been a cult of urban pigeon trappers running around unnoticed for years.
