Columbia Police Department spokeswoman Jennifer Timmons said 19-year-old Thyeem Henrey was charged with assault and battery by mob in the 2nd degree, common law robbery, and criminal conspiracy. He's expected to appear in court Friday afternoon. The other seven suspects are all juveniles, according to Timmons. Their names cannot be released.

The only recourse for this savage hate crime of racist bloodsport is the suspects are arrested, and if convicted, will serve some prison time at the taxpayer’s expense.
In a world of real “justice” people like Police Chief Randy Scott would be handcuffed and hobbled in orange jumpsuits by the FBI, facing mandatory 5-10+ year prison sentences along with multi-million dollar fines for conspiring to deny civil and human rights to the victim.
Until hate crimes are ruled unconstitutional, “Conspiracy to Deny Hate Crimes” should be putting police, prosecutors and their media conspirators in prison for a long long time, and rendering them financially destitute.
But that simply isn’t going to happen with outr current system of “justice”.
