What a disgrace.
I think Carter can finally say there has been a worse president than himself.
Four medals have been awarded for action in Afghanistan, and a fifth has been announced but not yet presented.
Since Vietnam, only one living person has been awarded the Medal of Honor (Giunta).
Keeping track of three of the Nation's most honorable men, two of whom died for their country. Is that simple respect so difficult to master?

What? He was just one of the soldiers in the unbroken line of fallen heroes, many of which he saw in the audience today. We’ve known about his clairvoyance since the campaign days.
There is no excusing this. If he can’t distinguish between the two brave soldiers and remember their names, he doesn’t deserve to be the Commander-in-Chief. How to you forget and confuse what should have been two special and unique moments in time.
“In my time of service....” “I keep running into you guys.....” When I went to Iraq.....” “When I presented the Medal of Honor....”

Besides talking about himself, how does the repeated “you guys” resonate? I feel it is condescending, and the One does not even know that he is expressing his disrespect for men and women wearing our nation’s uniform.
Lord, please forgive me for hating Obama more than any other human on the face of the planet. Amen.
He needs to go the hell away and resign into solitude. He is a national disgrace and has done more harm to this country than all previous presidents combined.

“Giunta, Monti ... all those dago names sound the same to me. How come we can’t have Medal of Honor winners with real American names, like Obama?”
(BTW, the worst part of such an offensive statement would be that referring to recipients of the Medal of Honor as “Medal of Honor winners.”)
I guess that we should consider ourselves lucky that Obama didn’t say that he had awarded a Medal of Honor to “a Lieutenant Posthumous,” and wondering whether he was any relation to former Michigan Lieutenant Governor Dick Posthumus.
