Today at Fort Drum. In less than 40 seconds, Commander in Chief Obama mentioned himself 6 times, but, couldn’t keep the facts straight about a Medal of Honor recipient.
Sergeant First Class Jared C. Monti died in Afganistan on June 21, 2006.
Obama presented the Medal of Honor to his parents on September 17, 2009.

What? He was just one of the soldiers in the unbroken line of fallen heroes, many of which he saw in the audience today. We’ve known about his clairvoyance since the campaign days.
There is no excusing this. If he can’t distinguish between the two brave soldiers and remember their names, he doesn’t deserve to be the Commander-in-Chief. How to you forget and confuse what should have been two special and unique moments in time.
