I agree. It is impossible to imagine what the heck Thanksgiving was like for them.
If I didn’t see/hear what was being said I would say the writers for L&O and CSI got together with extreme recreational drugs to write the craziest script imaginable.
The only rational voices have been the Prosecutor and the Judge (and he is a bit of a “L&O cast” character as we discussed earlier). But the witnesses...

Even when I’ve been home like today and can watch the trial sometimes I just have to hit mute or switch channels fast.
I wonder if Baez own mental health has been affected by this case- or more specifically- by being in daily contact with this sociopath for the last 3 years...and if it’s affected his ability to adequately represent her...
