Shocking new documents detail DOJís reasons for releasing Marxist bomber

Newly released documents show that the Department of Justice (DOJ) allowed for the release of Marxist radical and domestic terrorist Marilyn Buck from federal prison because officials believed she learned her lesson and had “expressed a dramatic change from her previous political philosophy.”

These new documents, obtained by investigative journalist Cliff Kincaid’s America’s Survival organization, shed more light on why Holder’s officials decided to release Buck, a convicted radical left-wing domestic terrorist.

“Incredibly, Buck’s attorney, Soffiyah Elijah, cited Buck’s ‘Master of Fine Arts in Poetics,’ completed behind bars, as evidence that she deserved parole. It’s a fraud and a racket,” Kincaid said at an America’s Survival event on Tuesday, adding that the poems Buck wrote “are not just terrible poetry but evidence of the same kind of murderous communist political ideology she was incarcerated for.”

Buck’s first application for parole in 2003 was denied, and she was not supposed to even be reconsidered for parole until September 2018. As these new documents show, President Bush’s Justice Department caved during Buck’s appeal of the 2003 decision. Between 2004 and 2006, Bush administration DOJ officials agreed to grant Buck “presumptive parole” on Feb. 8, 2011.

Presumptive parole isn’t a guarantee of release. It means, for Buck to get out in 2011, she would need to meet three criteria: she could no longer be considered a danger to the community, she would have to show remorse and her release couldn’t “depreciate” the seriousness of her offenses.

Advocates for Buck’s release weren’t satisfied with the Bush administration’s recommendation. They wanted a guarantee Buck would get out and they wanted her out sooner than 2011. So, Buck’s attorney, Soffiyah Jill Elijah of Harvard Law School’s Criminal Justice Institute, and a cadre of left-wing activists and academics lobbied the U.S. Parole Commission, arguing Buck was worthy...

Holder admits she is a domestic terrorist, yet releases her. Kind of like the Gunrunner scenario...creating criminals to enable an attack on American citizens.

Hey, DOJ! Tex Watson (of the Manson Family murders) is a minister now. Maybe he’s learned his lesson, too!! Heck, Charlie himself would probably vote Democrat. Let him out, too.

The goal of the Cuban prison system is to return people to the community as productive contributors as soon as possible. Therefore the focus is not on punishment, but rather on rehabilitation and re-education. Perhaps this goal would be a useful addition to the prison system that has evolved in the United States.

The War Against The Black Liberation Movement

“The same people who tried to kill me in 1973 are the same people who are here today, trying to destroy me. I mean it literally. I mean there were people from the forces of the San Francisco Police Department who participated in harassment, torture and my interrogation in 1973 ... none of these people have ever been brought to trial. None of these people have ever been charged with anything. None of these people have ever been questioned about that.”

Because Holder and Oba-mao agree with her. They wear suits and ties instead of jeans and t-shirts, but the ideology is the same.

Eric Holder is unfit to be the Attorney General of the United Sates but there is practically no hope of replacing him unless his boss, Barack Hussein Obama, is replaced, too, in the 2012 election. It's Americas only hope. As of now, the Obama administration just barely attempts to hide their anti-American ideology because they know that news about this kind of action by the DOJ will be effectively smothered by a willing leftist-oriented media. I would be encouraged by the fact that Obama's failures are so huge and undeniable while hurting many otherwise apathetic Americans that he will be ousted in the next election. However, with the GOP establishment working hard to anoint another cookie-cutter RINO candidate that will lose to Obama and Obama's poll numbers at about twice what they should be, I'm not optimistic. Still, I'm hoping we get a game-changer in the form of the authentic conservative Republican candidate - Sarah Palin - who will not only confront Obama's failures but propose common-sense solutions that will truly give us hope and, as administrations go, distinct 'change'.

To Holder Marxist and other people that hate America he has sympathy. For instance, like the Black Panthers. However, if its a Veteran, someone who likes their 2nd Amendment right and believes bill of rights, the founding fathers and the U.S. Constitution, then to Holder they are Terrorist.

Yes I have read Miac Report.

Buck was a hardcored communist terrorist and if she changed, it was because prison broke her, not that she had a change of heart.

Has Bill Ayers and his smarter half, the communist terrorist Bernadine Dohrn changed? Hell no. They’re still as hardcore marxist psychopaths as they were during the past 4 years.

Old reds never die, they just smell that way.

Ann Coulter talks at length about this in her new book “Demonic”. A VERY good read.
