I agree with you as far as witholding judgement on the jurors, since I didn't hear what they heard. However, it's undisputed that this bitch partied for thirty-one days after her daughter was missing/dead. No loving mother does that, period. All I can say is, I know how I would have voted.
They will come to her. Guaranteed.

Anyone who takes her in better hide their checkbook and guard their money as she stole a lot from Cindy and George and even her grandfather in an assisted living facility in Mt. Dora. I think that was what the fight with Cindy was about on the 16th of June ‘08. She also used her friend, Amy’s credit card. I doubt she has changed her ways.

Hope her father can find peace and comfort...if anyone needs a fresh start it is him..looks like her mom has put on a lot of pounds these past three years...almost feel sorry for them..as for Casey may she never know a moment of Peace.
Correction: I meant the 15th of June 08 is when Cindy and Casey got into a big fight in the driveway. Neighbors heard it.

Only if they file a flight plan. Lots of times general aviation aircraft will just go VFR (Visual Flight Rules). VFR does not show up on Flight Aware.
The sad thing is, there is already more than a few drooling men thinking “I’d hit it!” and it’s those guys she feeds off of.

I watched that trial from start to finish, minute to minute, and let me tell you the State PROVED its case BEYOND reasonable doubt. AND after watching the interviews with the jurors it is MORE than obvious that the case was beyond their comprehension and they decided to come to their own conclusions that had NOTHING to do with the evidence of the case PERIOD!!!! The dumbing down of America is what is wrong with the verdict.
Casey got a jury of her peers alright. MORONS!!!! ALL of them!!!!
I could not believe it when the jury foreman said he suspected George could have taken part in murdering the kid. Even the defense did not say any such a thing. George was told by Casey what a good father and grandfather he is and not to blame himself when she was in jail. She then turns around and says he molested her all the time and her brother as well. Get real! Oh yes. Defense wants us to believe the baby drowned and George said she is a bad mother, so she got upset and asked for his help. He stuffed the kid in a laundry bag and put duct tape on the kids mouth and tossed it rather than call 911. RIGHT! The jury was dumb enough to think maybe that really happened! Nevermind Cindy lieing about the chloroform searches. Didn’t that count for anything?
It worked though because quite a few ladies I’ve talked to, albeit informally and anectdotally, believe dad had something to do with it. Their whole argument is that dad was a cop so he would’ve known how to make sure there were no fingerprints on the duct tape, etc...basically, he would’ve known how to cover up a crime. I’m not saying they’re right...given that her dad was a cop, I’m sure Casey picked up some things along the way after hearing her dad talk growing up. Kids are sponges, especially teenagers!

The Foreman ACTUALLY told the other 11 that they “could NOT consider the 31 days in this case because they could not base the verdict on emotion and that the 31 days was only told to them to evoke emotion”. WTF???? Yet they apparently took Baez opening statement as gospel and evidence even though the jury instructions were CLEAR that openings are NOT evidence!!! Sheesh!!!! This jury was derelict in their duty and let a murderer o free because they were either too stupid, too lazy, or both!!!
Oh and BTW the foreman told Ashliegh Banfield that he continued his ONLINE studies every night after testimony!!! WTF???? This guy had internet access EVERY damn night!!!!!!!!!!! ARGHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!
I figure she will one day be hauled off to prison for something else. I doubt she has learned from her mistakes.
My only hope is that her next stint in jail won’t be the result of her killing another child.
